Starter fried cod balls and pasta is good. The main dish hare meat is also juicy. The dessert is a bit disappointing that it is too hard, tastes more like pudding than custard. But overall the food is good.

The welcome is professional yet warm, with attentive yet discreet staff. The cuisine showcases local produce, with a menu featuring excellently cooked local products, carefully presented dishes, and balanced flavors. The artichokes are crispy and flavorful. Prices match the quality: a recommended destination for an excellent dinner between Brisighella, Dozza, and the Romagna hills.

A stroll through Brisighella, where we meet for lunch. We chose this restaurant by chance and were so glad we did! The place is welcoming, with original decor and attention to detail. The food is excellent, with meticulous attention to detail. The young woman who served us was incredibly kind. We highly recommend Framboise and will be back to try other dishes.

Considered one of my favorite restaurants, I have to say it never disappoints. A refined restaurant where the food never gets boring. I always come at Christmas when the chef prepares new panettone every year. This year's new addition is the Moretto artichoke panettone, which I have to say is out of this world! Keep up the good work! You're breaking the monotony of the same old dishes.

Il miglior ristorante degli ultimi tempi! Cibo,dall'antipasto al dolce,assolutamente perfetto che spazia dalla cucina tipica romagnola a quella più rivisitata.Mai sentito niente del genere,tanti complimenti al cuoco e all'aiutocuoco! Le ragazze che servivano davvero gentili e preparate.Location molto carina e raffinata.Insomma un ristorante da non perdere.Anche se sto a Forlì,sicuramente ci ritornerò più volte.
