We were looking for a typical trattoria in which to have lunch, I must say that I would never have stopped because the image from the outside is more that of a bistro, luckily my daughter insisted... I was looking for something more "rustic". The place inside is wonderful, furnished with attention to every detail, I loved the different porcelain for each table which feels very much like my grandmother's house, the little porcelain roses applied to the raspberry colored walls, even the finesse of a cup hanging from the electric wire of a lamp to keep it taut... The excellent dishes, well prepared, excellent presentation and which follow what the seasons offer us. My daughter has celiac disease and they were available to meet our needs, they have gluten-free pasta and crackers with which she even made slippers, the sauce was so good! The girl who served us was a love, kind and professional.
If we were to return to Brisighella we will definitely return!!!

Ambiente raccolto perfetto per una uscita intima, proprio in centro a Brisighella.
Il locale sembra voler richiamare la Parigi stereotipata dell’artista al tavolo, dell’omino coi baffi con basco, maglia a righe e baguette sotto braccio, dando quella rassicurazione “qui si mangia bene”, anche con un Servizio cortese, gentile e professionale, sebbene con qualche dimenticanza.
Medaglia d’oro ai primi: veramente top, dalla sfoglia, al ripieno e alla salsa.
Antipasti e secondi: qua è più complesso fare sintesi. A gusto mio alcuni accostamenti sono azzardati e non sono riuscito ad apprezzarli.
Dolci: nulla da dire, non memorabili ma finiti con piacere.
Sulla contina mi sarebbe piaciuto un satin, che non ho trovato. Troppi prosecchi.
Sui rossi (diciamo locali), solo un sangiovese superiore riserva (tra l’altro ottima cantina).
Prezzi alti considerando anche le tovagliette di carta (che detesto).
Cooking with healthy ingredients and clean kitchen, excellent restaurant for those who seek these principles in their lifestyle. The dining room staff is delicate and attentive to our needs.

Everything was very good, the quality of the food was excellent… the only problem: you wait a long time. Just for a dessert, more than half an hour. €54 for two, 1 first course, 2 crostini, 1 water in a glass of wine, 1 cocoa. we asked for dessert but it took more than half an hour. we left....

Ordered the pasta with cacio and pepe and it was the best tasting version I’ve ever eaten! It was so subtle yet delicious. Pasta with cacio and pepe is one of my favorite dishes and when a restaurant has it on the menu, I order it. Usually, this dish is so strong and at times can be overwhelming but at Framboise, it is perfect. Yes, this is my opinion but I’ve lived in Italy now for over 15 years and have traveled to every region sampling it wherever it was available. I’ve even made it at home with disastrous results. Not only was that dish great but so were the others that we ordered. The restaurant personnel were so kind and provided great service, including making a dish they haven’t had on their menu for some time. I would highly recommend stopping in at Framboise if you are ever in Brisighella or even nearby, it will be worth it.

In visita a Brisighella, ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questo ristorante.
Il locale è molto carino, accogliente e pulito.
Le cameriere gentili e professionali, sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra.
Servizio abbastanza veloce.
Abbiamo ordinato crostini, un primo a testa, un dolce a testa, vino e caffè.
Tutto molto buono, ben impiattato, prodotti freschi.
Il conto giusto per ciò che abbiamo mangiato.

They pay attention to the details! The food was really tasty - we got the artichoke to start, then the tender veal (which they slowly cook for more than 24h) and the caramelle. The atmosphere is cozy, they’re fast and the service is very kind. The locally produced oil is a plus. Definitely recommended!
