Excellent food and cooked very well, credit to Antonio, who takes care of cooking the meat! An environment that makes you feel at ease, it brings back a somewhat American pub atmosphere, not least the friendliness of all the staff.

The culinary highlight of our trip to Puglia. Authentic Italian restaurant. Liguine pesto with plenty parmesan was lovely. Mixed grill was very tasty. The mix veg was a perfect accompaniment. Chicken milanese freshly made. House rose €6 for a litre;) Tiramasu was moist and rich. Service was attentive. All for €67! Incredible value. I saw them cutting steaks from the slab of beef as i left - looked glorious. Next time. Thank you Fra Diavolo. Puts PortoCesaereo to shame. Not a decent italian restaurant in the whole town.

Fra' Diavolo is always a guarantee! In the heart of Leverano, a small village a few km from Lecce, you can taste various traditional Salento dishes, pizzas, meat, fish and much more. I especially recommend the grilled vegetables (they always vary depending on the season) and the octopus in piñata. Very friendly, fast and helpful staff. I always come back willingly and I'm always welcome, even on a late evening ☺️

Cibo buonissimo, di qualità e saporito (polpette assolutamente da provare). Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, il servizio sarebbe da migliorare.

19/12/2024: I ordered a "Mimosa" salad asking if it was possible to add fiordilatte which the original dish does not include. I was satisfied without any problem. The dish turned out to be excellent, with the ingredients combining very well with each other. My partner instead had a mushroom pizza which she didn't eat in its entirety: she just couldn't handle it, not because she didn't like it. So I "had" to finish it myself with my great "sacrifice" 😉: it was truly excellent, one of the best I've ever eaten. Excellent service. Very affordable prices. The only flaw was the noisiness of the environment, we almost couldn't hear each other. I've been to this place before and this time it didn't disappoint me. I recommend it because it's really worth it.
