Nice environment in a quiet little square, service a little too friendly, two jokes every three words, the food good and well looked after, but scarce and excessively expensive.

First time here. Cozy corner restaurant a few minutes walking distance from the main plaza. Fresh seafood and only local wines. Will go again next time I’m in Italy.

We came for dinner as a couple this Friday by chance. We had a delicious time and we ate very well, the risotto particularly good. The waiter was very friendly throughout the meal and explained to us the origin of the wine we tasted. The Lugana white wine was a charming discovery. We recommend this place to all seafood lovers.

One of my favorite spots, sit just behind the busy square—easy to reach but not in the touristy mess. you can tell from the look of the place it’s the real deal. I came too early so the kitchen wasn’t open, just had some snacks—but they were fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care, nothing felt prepped days ago, I’ll definitely come back to try their full menu, especially the pasta.

Doesn’t happen frequently to bump into such a perfect (and yet not pretentious) restaurant. Ten out of 10 to the young man who helped us throughout our lunch.

Had lunch yesterday with a friend. Everything from the food to the hospitality to the environment was excellent. Trained and friendly staff, rare quality lately! I will happily return. 👏

13/05/2025: I was looking for a restaurant that offered good service after a very tiring day, away from home. I found "il sole" by chance, which was an unexpected gift for me. Excellent food, very welcoming environment and kind and helpful staff. I recommend it
17/04/2025: We chose the restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We previously agreed on the lunch menu with Mr. Alfio, immediately noticing his friendliness and professionalism in advising us. Traditional Bergamo dishes appreciated by all, friendliness and kindness for the entire duration of the lunch. We will definitely return for the quality of the raw materials and the welcome.
