Chef Atef Nofal and owner Fabrizio were very accommodating to my requests. "Late 19th-century Bourbon lunch." Perfect service.
Bright, simple, spacious dining room.
The guests were completely satisfied with the outcome of the "unusual" dishes.
E.g., the granita with green fava beans and crispy bacon. Pan-fried legumes from the Monti della Laga. The "maritozzo del Baffone" dessert. Bourbon spirits from the Kingdom. A loyal supporter of Civitella del Tronto and the new restaurant. Bernardo Neri

I didn't stay there, but I ate there, which was good.
I didn't book there because I needed secure or otherwise secure parking, and despite what's written in the property descriptions, they don't have parking because they're on the town's pedestrian street. I don't see why they wouldn't mention it.
The parking lot is 150 meters away, public, and free, thank goodness.

We had dinner by chance at this little restaurant in the medieval village of Civitella. The cuisine is typical, tasty, with delicious cheese and egg balls, fantastic Ascoli-style fried food, more than reasonable prices, and the outdoor tables in the historic center are very charming.

Don't stop at the tables in the alley; ask to eat in their dining room overlooking the valley and mountains. If you're lucky and get a seat near the window, you'll enjoy not only good food but also a beautiful view.
Clean, unpretentious, and the menu is simple, but the food was tasty and the prices reasonable.
We recommend it.

We stayed one night in a quadruple room. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the international breakfast was excellent. The hotel's location is halfway between the sea and the mountains. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in the historic village of Civitella. The signs of the earthquake are still visible, but the residents and the young staff of this simple and modest establishment offer truly warm, friendly, and genuine hospitality. No problem, just ask, and the entire staff, including Fabrizio, are available to help with anything you need. I hope to return soon.
