We had dinner by chance at this little restaurant in the medieval village of Civitella. The cuisine is typical, tasty, with delicious cheese and egg balls, fantastic Ascoli-style fried food, more than reasonable prices, and the outdoor tables in the historic center are very charming.

Don't stop at the tables in the alley; ask to eat in their dining room overlooking the valley and mountains. If you're lucky and get a seat near the window, you'll enjoy not only good food but also a beautiful view. Clean, unpretentious, and the menu is simple, but the food was tasty and the prices reasonable. We recommend it.

We stayed one night in a quadruple room. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the international breakfast was excellent. The hotel's location is halfway between the sea and the mountains. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in the historic village of Civitella. The signs of the earthquake are still visible, but the residents and the young staff of this simple and modest establishment offer truly warm, friendly, and genuine hospitality. No problem, just ask, and the entire staff, including Fabrizio, are available to help with anything you need. I hope to return soon.

Simple, old-fashioned accommodation, but equipped with the essentials. The staff is SUPER helpful and friendly. The restaurant offers traditional local cuisine. Main dishes include ceppe, chitarra, and fried cheese (good and plentiful). A small note: with such a traditional offering, it would have been nice to use a local grated cheese, not Grana Padano. Excellent prices.

Excellent restaurant and friendly service. I come often and have never been disappointed. You can try typical local dishes, such as ceppe. I will definitely be back.

I stayed here for two nights and I have to say that everything went well. The staff was quite helpful, if I could give it 6 stars. I have to thank Fabrizio, who was particularly helpful with the shuttle service. He's a very talented and polite guy. I recommend trying this hotel.

Hotel ristorante situato nel cuore della città, struttura datata ma comunque confortevole. Ristorante davvero TOP, piatti tipici della cucina abruzzese buonissimi, con un rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Personale davvero cortese e disponibile.

Abbiamo ordinato la chitarra con le pallottine (consigliata!!) e per dessert gelato artigianale con fragole e parfait al pistacchio. Camerieri attenti e professionali, complimenti allo chef! Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Torneremo!

11/06/2025: I honestly don't understand the reviews where some people write that the staff is rude and the fish is not good. We went for dinner yesterday and it was all perfect. The endless array of appetizers, one better than the other, the calamarata with lobster, the cherry tomato that went down like water. Bright and spacious environment, with details in blue and light blue that recall the sea even if you are in the hills. I also read a review that complains about the smell of the stable but... How can I say... If you are in the countryside it seems normal to me (and moreover you can't smell it inside), if it bothers you it's better to stay in Milan among the concrete. The smell of the stable is certainly not there, too bad that for a dinner like that you have to take out a mortgage. They are choices! My husband and I really appreciated this place, which adds to the list of places of the heart in Abruzzo 💘
