I recommend a reservation, just an hour in advance - the restaurant is obviously popular - it was full. Excellent food, fast service. With 12 people, we were fully fed in about an hour and able to pay to go. I RECOMMEND

A Good Choice! I recently had dinner at this restaurant and I can say that it was a good experience. The environment is spacious and welcoming, which creates a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a meal. The service was very satisfactory; although the place was almost full, the staff was quick and attentive, without making us wait too long. As for the food, the goulash and potatoes were really tasty and well prepared. The ribs, although a little dry, didn't ruin the evening. Prices are fair and reflect the value of the service and dishes. Overall, I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal in a cozy environment!

All very good, even though we were late for lunch they let us sit (perhaps because it was Sunday and the holiday period). The facilities are also clean and tidy.

Typical well cooked food and the Forst beer is obviously of excellent quality, very convenient to reach being in the city centre. Very recommended!

On a day trip to Bolzano we decided to have lunch in this typical brewery. At first they rejected us saying that everything was full and not to try again as there wouldn't be room, coming back later the booking staff was a young man who proved to be more helpful and polite and with a 15 minute wait we he found a place. Very fast table service, typical dishes and generous portions of the South Tyrolean tradition. Recommended goulash

Pizzeria Cafè Ristorante Zur Brücke

13/11/2024: A really great restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere, really nice, friendly hosts, great service, you feel at home right from the start. The food, mainly the Venetian veal liver, was perfect, crafted to a high standard. The furnishings are slightly modern with a touch of tradition, a beautiful restaurant, great views of the bridge and towards the Adige Valley. A restaurant that I can recommend without reservation.
