19/11/2025: A pizzeria that combines quality, care, and meticulous customer service. The pizza is truly excellent: well-leavened, light, and cooked to perfection. The selection is wide, from classic to gourmet, with specialty options like the Mare e Monti, which I chose in the seven-grain version, adapted without mozzarella due to an intolerance. The availability of gluten-free dough was also greatly appreciated. The service is courteous, punctual, and professional, always attentive to customer needs. The location, just steps from Trapani's historic center, allows for both indoor and outdoor dining in a refined and well-maintained setting. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, further enhanced by a small final discount that I greatly appreciated.
