Eccola lì che da bella vista di sé in vetrina..insieme ai tozzetti ed a mille altre specialità. Buonissima. La ricotta non si sente perché è nell'impasto: è un dolce molto simile ad un ciambellone me piuleggero e soffice.

La ciambella di ricotta tonda, un discobolo dorato come il sole che non vuole uscire in questo ottobre piovoso attrae il mio occhio sconsolato. La prendo ovvio, signora me la taglia per cortesia? Penso a metà invece me la ritrovo perfettamente tagliata a fettine da prendere comodamente in punta di dita. Abituato al mogugno milanese per un servizio in più me la godo il doppio!
