One of the best white pizzas ever. Hot, well-oiled, with just the right amount of salt, and a crunchy center but soft center.
Spectacular.
There's often a line and you have to wait a bit to be served, but we were lucky enough to get the white pizza fresh from the oven (waiting only 5 minutes for it to finish cooking). It's a shame that the bread and pizza often run out; they should increase production a bit during the summer season and on busier days.
In any case, the white pizza is worth the stop!
Super qualified people are the 🔝 of meat but also of many other local specialties, cheeses, olives, amatriciana sauce etc... a place not to be missed absolutely
