I discovered the Forno “La Mattra” a few months ago and I go back every time I'm near Calcata. Pizza for all tastes. The sandwiches made with Roman pinsa dough are absolutely worth trying (wide choice for vegetarians). Furthermore, many types of biscuits, one better than the other, in particular those with rum, toasted hazelnuts, figs and raisins🤤 Overall, highly recommended!

A must for anyone visiting the beautiful Calcata... a small and welcoming village that always proves wonderful in every season of the year... You can't help but go to the bakery, whether for breakfast or for a lunch break... ❤️ Advised!
