Beautiful, small, friendly bakery with an equally friendly baker and probably the best (sourdough) bread far and wide. All varieties can be pre-ordered and then picked up, each one is a dream in itself. You should also definitely try babka and other sweet delicacies - if there is any left :)

The bread (pane del sud) has a crispy crust, a soft, airy interior and tastes like sourdough. It is juicy and has a unique taste. Not too much salt, that's important to me. I have never found bread like this anywhere! I will taste all the breads, one by one! Thanks

24/10/2024: Very nice coffee shop close to Bozen Station. Very decent coffee and croissants/brioche. Nice staff and reasonable prices.
