The bread, pies and pizzas are outstanding.

What can I say, one of the very few breads produced in wood in Lazio. And what a fragrant, light and truly very good bread. It is also an excellent idea for a quick and cheap snack to have on Lake Turano which always remains a spectacular location.

As soon as you enter you smell the wood-fired bread, then you see the counter with pies, pizza, biscuits and various sweets... You enter because you only had to take the bread and you leave full of good things. Worthy.

On the Benedictine Way, restaurants and the grocery store in Castel Tora were closed. Maria picked us up, warmly welcomed us in her bakery, and then drove us back on our way. A wonderful experience of Italian hospitality.

Ho acquistato diverse volte le loro ciambelline con gocce di cioccolato e arancia e devo dire che sono eccezionali. Se capitate dalle parti di Colle di Tora non potete non provarli...... non ve ne pentirete

Forno eccezionale!!! Simpatici il proprietario ed il figlio!! Sono molto ospitali ed empatici e fanno un pane ed una pizza che farcita con i loro salumi verdure etc... sono fantastici!! Poi alla fine ti portano sempre i loro dolcetti da assaggiare!!! Prezzi onesti!! ci tornerò ogni volta che passerò per il lago del Turano!!
