A true artisan bakery, true to tradition. A warm welcome, courtesy, and kindness. Sandwiches or schiacciatine filled with cured meats, cheeses, and local vegetables. Truly spectacular. The desserts are also excellent. From the sbrisolona to the tarts and biscuits. A real discovery, but also a great positive surprise. The desserts are almost all butter-free and made with vegetable margarine, so no problem for those with allergies or intolerances. Another element that represents quality is the use of exclusively Italian flours. We were truly satisfied and full. Competitive prices.

Ho acquistato diverse volte le loro ciambelline con gocce di cioccolato e arancia e devo dire che sono eccezionali. Se capitate dalle parti di Colle di Tora non potete non provarli...... non ve ne pentirete
