31/05/2025: San Marco was a recommendation from our hotel staff and we enjoyed our meal. The restaurant is quite large with many rooms and extremely busy with wait staff running around from table to table. I ordered the Cacio e Pepe and enjoyed the flavors at first, the pasta is very starchy as the meal cools. My partner ordered the Spaghetti Aglio olio and said the dish had a bit of heat to it and very tasty. Overall, not a bad meal. On our way out, we noticed that the pizza looked amazing.

29/05/2025: San Marco is a restaurant where you will be well served with pizza or pasta. A pleasant atmosphere, attentive waiters and a wine list that will certainly please even the most demanding wine connoisseurs. We tasted a rosé, worthy of the God Bacchus, by the way, the rosé is Vorrei Vita Vista Mare. When you are in Rome, be sure to go to San Marco. Ciao!
