Amazing food and service. Best pasta, can recommend the carbonara and funghi parpadelle. We were a table of 10, got excellent service and all dishes arrived at the same time.

Eating traditional Tuscan food is an understatement; every dish is bursting with flavors that only a century of culinary experience could match. Homemade pasta (the pici are simply amazing) and heartwarming main courses (the peposo is especially delicious). The staff is incredibly friendly! ¡Qué hallazgo! Uno de los pocos lugares abiertos un domingo en Sinalunga. Nuestros anfitriones Stephano (propietario) y Pitra nos mimó con un servicio al cliente maravilloso y una comida que no decepcionó. Obtenga la tabla de salami “Especial”, Viene con salami, anchoas en vinagreta, queso de cabra , tomates secados al sol, focaccia a la parrilla, miel local, mermelada, calabacín a la parrilla y whew! Maldita sea. Los ravioles de setas con salsa crema tartufí deslumbraron mi paladar. ¡MALDICIÓN!

13/09/2025: If I could give the place more, I would. We were walking on a nearby street, smelled the onions and garlic, followed the smell… Found ourselves overseeing the best view. Ordered Pici - typical for Siane, melts in our mouths. The server is super kind, the wine is delish…what can I say more? Go, no doubts.
11/09/2025: A very nice restaurant with super friendly staff. Every dish we ate was delicious. If we could have sat outside at the terraced tables, it would have been perfect.

16/09/2025: A lovely dinner, enjoying the place and the staff, but especially Signora Mirella, with her magic in her hands. Highly recommended! Don't miss Gigi's Panforte.
01/09/2025: The restaurant is clearly visible in the main square of Castellina in Chianti. Reservations are required. We had fried polenta with forest herbs as an appetizer; the mushrooms weren't the most flavorful. For our first course, we had homemade tagliatelle with grey pork and sautéed apricot sauce—a unique combination I absolutely recommend—and the ribollita—also delicious. For our second course, the sliced ​​veal: a little overcooked and not very tender.
