Excellent quality pastry shop with artisanal products, the environment is cared for down to the smallest detail and for every occasion they pay particular attention to adorning the themed environments Friendly and always professional staff I had the opportunity to taste practically every type of proposal, between savory and sweet. Lots of points for the sandwiches which are always filled with very fresh products and a little mayonnaise which make them light and delicious As for the brioches, they are among my favorites in the area, a pleasant note of butter and crumbly dough The aperitif is also top notch with excellent spritzes served with homemade spiced breadsticks with olive pâté I can only recommend Fondente, the only flaw is that in certain busier hours you may have to wait before taking a seat because it is always full! But the wait is worth it ♥️

The brioches are fragrant and always exceptional, the coffee is definitely the best in Treviso not only for quality but for how it is prepared and presented and the pastries are of the highest excellence! Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail and every moment of the day offers delicious temptations: breakfast is sublime with a huge choice and amazing coffee, lunches offer delicious and tasty options, which follow the rhythms of the seasons. Separate mention for the Tiramisu which truly leaves you speechless. The service in the room is attentive and fast. Highly recommended for those who love the excellence of things made with passion! Number one!

Coccolarsi alla pasticceria Fondente è sempre un'esperienza unica !! Un ambiente elegante ma molto accogliente, con una squadra di ragazzi e ragazze giovane e talentuosa. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli e ogni momento della giornata offre deliziose tentazioni: la colazione è sublime con ampissima scelta e un caffè strepitoso, i pranzi offrono proposte sfiziose e gustosissime, che seguono i ritmi delle stagioni. Menzione a parte per il Tiramisù che lascia davvero senza parole. Il servizio in sala è attento e veloce. Consigliatissimo per chi ama l'eccellenza delle cose fatte con passione !

Sono stata più volte in questa pasticceria nel corso degli anni, e a mio malgrado devo dire che ho notato delle differenze per quanto riguarda le brioche. All'inizio avevano una vasta gamma di prodotti anche in tarda mattinata, ora già alle ore 09 la scelta è ridotta. Inoltre le brioche un tempo erano molto più farcite rispetto ad ora, non so se sia stata una coincidenza o meno, ma di recente mi è accaduto più volte. Per il resto il servizio è molto veloce nonostante sia sempre molto affollato.
