Seafood restaurant on Via di Torre Clementina in Fiumicino. Elegant and refined location. Spacious and bright with windows overlooking the outside. The Christmas decorations are beautiful! Attentive, fast, and professional service. Dishes are prepared with quality, carefully selected ingredients that pay homage to classic Roman cuisine but feature a variety of seafood (the Roman-style tripe with octopus is delicious, and must-try, for example, or the shrimp "maritozzo" served as an entrée). The menu is extensive, with raw and cooked appetizers, first and second courses crafted with a blend of innovative and flavorful ingredients. We had the Vesuvio pasta with Cantabrian anchovy butter, Roman broccoli, mandarin orange, and wild fennel, followed by the shellfish risotto with Roman-style artichoke, apple, and bay leaves. For our main course, we had the roasted meagre with potatoes, grilled leeks, and porcini mushrooms (delicious). Generous portions. I didn't give the food a fifth star precisely because of the level of sophistication of the dishes, but it's purely a matter of taste. The wine and spirits list is suitable for those who want to indulge (a tome like the Divine Comedy). The price is in line with the quality and service.

We were satisfied, exceeding our expectations, with the quality of the ingredients, the preparation, and the very attentive yet equally friendly service. We ordered raw seafood, which was of excellent quality. We found the same level of quality and care in the dishes; a balanced mix of tradition and innovation, with the work behind each dish clearly evident. A special mention goes to the service, which once again struck a balance between friendliness and professionalism. The price was absolutely in line with the quality of the offerings. The wine markups were reasonable.

I've been coming to this restaurant since it opened, and the food is very high quality. This time, however, I wasn't impressed with a 55-euro bottle of wine that was completely unremarkable. I hope it's just a fluke... making money off wine doesn't bode well!

Very interesting, a lovely place to eat or drink. The restaurant offers sophisticated dishes while maintaining Fiumicino's seafood tradition. Service is prompt and courteous. Prices are in the high-end range of Fiumicino restaurants.

An excellent lunch with friends and their ladies. We arrived in Fiumicino for a beautiful day spent together in the warmth of these days. The restaurant welcomed us with excellent products and the utmost kindness from the entire restaurant staff, who made us feel completely at ease. The wines were also excellently chosen and enjoyed throughout the lunch. The desserts were very delicious. We'll be back soon.
