Well what can I say? In this place you won't eat well but you will have a UNIQUE experience from which you will never go back!! You will never be the same as before. Dishes of mind-blowing goodness, bringing tears to your eyes at how good they are. Nothing short of perfect and impeccable service, if there had been the possibility of giving more stars I would have gladly done so. Fresh and quality raw material! Each dish has a different emotion. The best ever ❤️

There are places where you eat well, and then there are places where the experience becomes something more. Folie À Deux falls into the second category, thanks not only to a relaxed atmosphere and excellent cuisine, but above all thanks to Niccolò, the real ace in the hole of this place. I don't know what his secret is—intuition, experience or an innate talent as an alchemist—but he manages, just by looking at a person's face, to suggest the perfect match. I was skeptical, but he totally got it right with me. He brings me a dessert (already delicious), observes it for a moment, then returns with a rum that fits into the flavor as if it had been created specifically for that dessert. Will it be magic? Advanced psychology? Test, and above all ask for Niccolò. He could read more into you than you think... I don't know, he got it right with me, try it and ask Niccolò!

Per il mio lavoro di agente di viaggio ho avuto occasione di mangiare Sushi in diverse parti del mondo compreso sulle navi da crociera. Con vero orgoglio dico che il miglior sushi che ho mangiato è a Valmontone a Folie de Dieux, ogni porzione è un'esplosione di sapori ben amalgamati, la croccantezza del riso ti conquista. Bravissimo Nicolò sei un vero artista nel tuo lavoro.
