2 points per star, 3 stars = 6. Highly overrated from the photos. All-you-can-eat for €40, with 7 appetizers and 7 types of uramaki, nothing special except for two.
The price is quite high for such a limited menu, judging by the photos. Fresh red prawns and other dishes from the menu are available. The fish is good quality, but nothing exceptional.

A sensory journey into the refined art of sushi.
Folie À Deux represents a gastronomic experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner. Nestled in the heart of Valmontone, this jewel of Japanese fusion cuisine enchants from the first moment with its intimate atmosphere, meticulously crafted, where every element contributes to a sense of balance and elegance.
The menu is a celebration of creativity, combining impeccable technique with top-quality ingredients. The uramaki surprise with their taste and presentation, featuring unexpected pairings—among which the velvety notes of Truffle Salmon and the harmony of Gumberi tempura stand out. The light and expertly seasoned salmon opens the meal with freshness and refinement.
The service is attentive, discreet, and professional, with staff always ready to recommend the best food and wine pairings, enhancing each course.
Folie À Deux is the ideal place for those who want to indulge in a moment of true culinary pleasure, in a setting that is simultaneously modern, understated, and full of personality. A restaurant that elevates the concept of a sushi bar to a true sensory experience.

Everything was perfect. I've been there a couple of times and always had a great time. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly.

A small and welcoming place with a pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the sushi is truly impeccable: once you try sushi like this, you'll hardly go back!
The rolls are perfect, both in taste and texture, the rice stays firm, and the sashimi is spectacular! The shrimp tempura is crispy and light.
The other dishes are unique and refined!
The 3-star service is solely for this: as soon as you sit down, they ask you if you want the menu or to let them do it, and we opted for the latter.
Everything was perfect, the service excellent, but considering the quality of the dishes (considering the price), we expected more. There's nothing stopping you from reordering after each course.

A small restaurant in the historic center of Valmontone. Tried for dinner with the "All you can eat" formula, it offers a limited choice: nine appetizers, seven types of uramaki and desserts of the day. Few dishes but good, some very good like the bao. Discreet service, elegant environment but not particularly welcoming, especially in terms of space; high prices. To be tried again with the à la carte menu
