Cercavo un ristorante giapponese di qualità superiore alla media, preferibilmente in zona. Dietro suggerimento di amici fidatissimi, ho provato. E devo dire, missione compiuta: bel locale, raccolto ma accogliente, buona atmosfera, personale cordialissimo, qualità decisamente superiore alla media di zona. Personalmente avrei apprezzato una qualità ancora più alta, soprattutto nei piatti più tradizionali, perché sono convinto ci siano i presupposti per puntare all’eccellenza. Ad ogni modo, nulla da eccepire. Promossissimo!
