A charming pizzeria just steps from the center of Prossedi, with a wonderful outdoor garden where you can enjoy a relaxing meal. Prices are moderate but slightly above average, and the service is admittedly a bit slow, but overall, everything is good.

We had some super tasty pizzas made with local ingredients. The dough, made with durum wheat flour, was thick and crispy on the outside, very easy to digest. The owner was very kind and attentive, it was a shame we were just passing through 😍

06/10/2025: We discovered this intimate and refined restaurant, where every dish tells a story of passion and attention to detail. The quality of the cuisine is exceptional, the plating impeccable, and the service truly expert, always ready to expertly recommend both dishes and matching wines. For our appetizer, we chose a buffalo mozzarella tartare with sparacelle mushrooms, delicate and surprising. The main course was the roasted rabbit with purple cabbage and leek: incredibly tender and flavorful, a must-try. To conclude, two unique and beautifully executed desserts: dark chocolate and raspberry, and salted pistachio with hazelnut, with a truly unique and delicious pistachio frangipane. All accompanied by a fine wine, carefully recommended. An experience that won us over. We'll definitely be back!

02/11/2025: In the alleys of Minturno's historic center, there's this little place where kindness and courtesy set an example for other businesses in the area who don't even know what that word means. Delicious pizza. Recommended.
