I took normal focaccia and with onions. You can't resist taking a piece of focaccia to eat it by the sea. I didn't like the excess oil that dripped and seemed to have been put on after cooking. I understand, however, that as a Genoese I am too critical

My wife and I spent a couple of days in Laigueglia and you can't miss going to the Tuchetin focacceria. The first thing I notice is the smiling and professional staff, for me this is fundamental... once I got home in the evening I tasted the focaccias I bought... I was speechless! I'll start by saying that I bought various slices to taste different flavors and the one with Venere rice and the whole wheat one were my favorites. Soft, tasty and flavorful. Young team! Congratulations guys, I'll give you a good advertisement when I return to Canton Ticino (CH).

We spent a few days in Laigueglia and so we eat focaccia! We also tested the neighbors, but they make the difference. Their focaccia is simply fabulous: it melts in your mouth, fragrant to the right point, with a perfect balance between crunchiness and softness. I had already tried it in Alassio, where the quality is very high and even the neighbors in the area boast prizes and awards... but the one from Il Tuchetin has something more. It is that subtle but unmistakable difference that makes every bite special. If you love focaccia, here you will find authentic excellence. A real treat for the palate.
