Just trying their paninis makes a visit to Agrigento worthwhile. What we tried was delicious, but the Panino dei Milza was epic.

Guys, what can I say? I'm from Catania, a place where street food reigns supreme. I found myself in Agrigento one random Monday evening. I was looking for a quick bite to eat, and I found the Antica Panineria online. I saw people expressing feelings of delight as they bit into that huge spleen sandwich. I can't explain it to you. I had a "complicated" hamburger. I'd never seen a sandwich prepared with so much love. When I ate it, I was blown away, both by the flavors and the way the sandwich was made. My compliments to the owners of the sandwich shop. The prices are way too low for the excellent quality of the sandwiches. Highly recommended! Stefano from Belpasso (CT)

The place is very central, but what really blew me away was the value for money. The sandwiches were EXCELLENT quality, size, and flavor. I couldn't believe a sandwich like that could cost only 3 euros. We had such a great time that we came back for two consecutive lunches. I highly recommend it; they were also very kind.
