Focacceria Del Bastione 2 In Laigueglia

01/02/2025: Undoubtedly an excellent pizza, prepared with excellent raw materials... however, it cools down in an instant and often the last slices are not really at the right temperature (a heated plate before serving would make it more enjoyable). The environment is nice and clean but the tables are a little too close together and last night inside the restaurant it seemed like they hadn't turned on the heating, which was unpleasant. The service was also decidedly lukewarm and the owner was not particularly courteous. The list of tiramisu is not up to par.

19/01/2025: We ate excellent pizzas (with top quality ingredients) on a Saturday evening during the second shift which starts at 9.15pm. The service was perfect. (the only flaw was that our table was very close to the other tables... yes it was a bit cramped)
