Fmarket In Faenza

On our way around Faenza we stopped here for something quick to eat. We took a traditional piadina, a slice of chicken with sautéed vegetables, I must say everything was good. Perfect and courteous service. I change the number of stars because we returned for lunch, they told us that there would be a bit of a wait, but then due to the rain there was a problem and the wait became very long, we pointed this out and shortly after our order arrived and to apologize they offered us dessert and coffee. Truly professional.

Frequento questo locale da anni e pur non essendo di Faenza è una tappa fissa ogni volta che sono in città. Posizione fantastica soprattutto quando si può cenare all'esterno, personale giovane ma super gentile e cucina eccezionale. Proposte sfiziose, non banali, ingredienti di prima qualità e prezzo corretto. L'estro e l'innato talento culinario dello chef Mantovani fanno la differenza e riescono a rendere speciale anche un crostone o un'insalata. Per me un posto veramente fantastico dove cenare o fare un aperitivo. Proposta di vini molto interessante e bottiglie di pregio

Location spettacolare affacciata alla splendida piazza della città, dà il meglio di sè nelle calde serate della bella stagione . Sempre molto affollato, troviamo fortunatamente posto senza aver prenotato. I camerieri sebbene molto sotto pressione sono sempre molto gentili e sorridenti. Cibo di qualità con proposte particolarmente adatte ad aperitivi ed apericena. Abbiamo scelto un ottimo piatto vegetariano .Torneremo presto!
