The friendliness and helpfulness of the owner and all the staff are incredible, as is the goodness and freshness of the dishes served; it is one of our favorite restaurants that I recommend to everyone.

I went there for the umpteenth time yesterday, Sunday, November 16th. For me, it's still the best AYCE in Cagliari. It serves the classic dishes of all the city's Japanese restaurants, but with superior quality and even some unique dishes that set them apart. Super super.

The service isn't the fastest in the world, but I understand that since it's teeming with customers, and the quality of the products is divine. Very nice place and recommended. The water is a little more expensive than it should be, but like all sushi places, that's fine.

The food is very good. It doesn't have a wide selection like other all-you-can-eat restaurants, but the dishes are truly high-quality and refined. The only downside is the very slow service, both when ordering and when the food arrives. The place is very nice and clean, and the waiters are all very kind. Overall, I'm satisfied and will definitely return.

This is going to be a rather long review, as I'll have to try to be as clear and objective as possible. Let's start with the positives... - The place: it's nice and welcoming, and considering the type of service offered and its positioning in the market segment, it undoubtedly deserves 5 stars. - Food: I had ramen for my main course and it was excellent, well done. I later tried other dishes and they were also of a high standard. In this respect, too, 5 stars are a must. Now for the negatives... - The service: among the worst I've ever experienced in a restaurant, and now let's delve into the reasons for this. At the entrance, we were greeted by a young man, probably a manager of the place, who was older than the rest of the wait staff. He was welcoming and polite. He was the one who greeted us positively. We ordered and it took a while to be served, but that's normal during busy times, and that's certainly not the negative aspect of the service. A young woman served us at our table throughout the entire dinner. She was polite and friendly, but perhaps, given the area assigned to her, one person wasn't enough. We encountered the first problem halfway through the service; we had difficulty placing our next orders because the waitress spent at least 10 minutes chatting with a couple at a nearby table. We're supposed to entertain customers, and that's certainly commendable, but at the same time, the room can't be left to its own devices. We looked over at the young man at the entrance, the figure we somehow considered responsible for. Asking for "support," he immediately brought the waitress to our table. So, all in all, we breathed a sigh of relief, confident that the young man at the entrance would resolve any potential issues... but the worst was yet to come. And yes, before we could finish, the young man had finished his service and was leaving the place (it was around 10:30 PM, so not particularly late for a restaurant). A few minutes later, we witnessed a HORRIBLE spectacle. The "kids" in the restaurant, perhaps eager to quickly end the service, began moving chairs around the room in a noisy (most likely intentional, if not certainly) manner. They cleaned and rearranged tables around us to "encourage us to escape." Having understood the situation, we tried to finish our desserts more quickly. Meanwhile, the guy at the bar was practicing shooting baskets from meters away by throwing bottle caps into a wastebasket a few meters away, with an arm movement that would make a baseball pitcher jealous!!! We looked at each other in shock... we asked for a drink because my brother needed a pill, but the bartender told the waitress that when he was finished (he was setting up the glasses) he would serve us. We asked for drinks five times as the minutes ticked by... The last time we begged the waitress for drinks, showing her the pills... Having expressed urgency, she put her hand on her conscience and spoke to the bartender (in a foreign language and in a loud voice) and finally granted us his attention. Meanwhile, the atmosphere in the room was circus-like, with kids talking loudly, some throwing things, some throwing chairs, etc. Basically, at a certain point we thought we were on camera, and we checked around to make sure there were no cameras. Unfortunately, it's all true and all horrifying. Dear "manager," I advise you not to leave those teenagers alone again, otherwise your commitment and efforts to maintain the high standard of the place will be in vain... Overall, I'll give it a 3, considering the 5-star sections and the terrible service (for which I unfortunately can't give a negative rating).

Excellent. The portions are small, it's true, but they allow you to try multiple dishes!!! I ate really well, and everything was beautiful to look at, too!!!

Everything was delicious, I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was incredibly fresh, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming.

EXCELLENT. Superior to many sushi restaurants, Flying Fish is a restaurant I recommend because you can eat well both during the week and on weekends, and the quality doesn't change even if it's a Saturday and it's busy. I'm writing this review after having been there at least ten times; it's never disappointed. The owner is very kind and friendly.

Excellent sushi, but the service is slow and doesn't pay attention to the customer. A welcoming location, but I'd add a few bonsai trees.
