We went for dinner on the recommendation of a friend. Very kind and attentive waiters. We didn't wait too long for the dishes. The only negative note was the dessert. Excessive cost for the quality offered.

I've been to Flying twice, it's a Japanese all you can eat restaurant. The first time at lunch they made us wait more than an hour between orders, and they didn't bring us everything we had ordered. The second time we booked for 10pm for dinner, but we had to queue because the tables were all full. Unfortunately the service was not the best because the restaurant was very full, this time they were very fast, in an hour we ordered three times and received all the dishes, but some were wrong, and others contained cheeses that I cannot eat being intolerant and therefore I had not ordered. Despite everything, however, in my opinion the food is above average compared to the usual all you can eat, the salmon tartare is very good, the rolls have original and interesting flavors and are not too large. At dinner it is possible to order more dishes than at lunch, which is why it costs a little more. If you can stand the rest it's worth a try for the food, I'll probably go back for the third time too.
