During my visit to Glorenza, I stopped for lunch. Excellent food, excellent service.

A top-notch "Liquid & Solid" experience. Guys, let's be clear: organization in a venue isn't a detail, it's THE detail. And here we're on another planet. You often go to beautiful places but then the service "lags," but here everything runs like clockwork. Superb. But let's get to the meat of the matter: I tried a pacchero with venison ragù, which, I tell you, was technically perfect. The balance of flavors was incredible, the kind that makes you say, 'OK, they know exactly what they're doing in the kitchen.' And then, the game-changer: the drinks bar. If you want to see real customization, look for Tobias. I didn't ask for a drink from the list, we had a chat, he analyzed my tastes in a second and created a "tailor-made" cocktail that was out of this world. This is the true customer experience: understanding who you're dealing with before you even serve. If you're looking for a place where quality meets impeccable execution, this is a must. Period.

Hello dear Flurin Team, I dined at your restaurant over the weekend, hoping for an excellent meal (considering the price). Unfortunately, I have to say (though this could be an exception to the rule), none of the dishes were well-seasoned or properly seasoned. Even the goose I had was very tough and difficult to chew. The restaurant itself is very nice, but I'm wondering why you'd put blue armchairs next to greenish-tinged furniture? Kind regards

The food, staff, and facilities are simply phenomenal.

One of the best experiences here. The mash of Beautiful ancient housing styles and incredible interior design. The best is the food and service! I prefer flurin as its fusion style of mixture of many cultures. The price is reasonable for such types of food. Another restaurant is more traditional and local style yet still soooo delicious. We couldn’t help having few more drinks at the bar after dinner. (Thanks to Alex the bartender’s passionate welcoming passion). We appreciate Thomas’ host and great creation of this place that define highlights this town. It was funny that we thought we saw the big boss walking out from the book? This is a place that we will definitely come back.

We came to Glurns from the Puster Valley with the intention of dining at Flurin. It was a true delight; a German Michelin-starred chef described it as "culinary sex." The service was friendly and attentive; everything was a wonderful experience. Thank you, dear Flurin team! The evening before, we were at the Steinbock, which was fantastic. The entire team was incredibly friendly... huge praise to everyone! A special thank you to Thomas Ortler and his team!

A very centrally located restaurant. The interior is very inviting. There's a cozy courtyard perfect for balmy summer evenings. First-time visitors should definitely try a variety of dishes from the menu. All the food was delicious. Definitely worth a visit again on my next trip to the area.

A wonderful experience at Flurin! Even upon entering, you can feel the special atmosphere – elegant, yet warm and inviting. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the food was simply outstanding: delicately seasoned, lovingly presented, and prepared with palpable passion. The cozy ambiance made our Sunday lunch perfect – relaxed, enjoyable, and harmonious in every way. A place with character and charm that we wholeheartedly recommend. We'd love to come back!

We were there for lunch. The kitchen is top-notch. All the dishes were absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. There's a good selection of wines. The restaurant has a lovely courtyard. The village of Glurns is also a lovely little town with many lovely places to linger.

We stumbled upon this gem by chance... we stopped for lunch in Glurns and, after a short walk through the beautiful village, ended up at Flurin. The quality and service are high, and the prices are moderate. A wonderful experience!
