Flurin - Bar, Restaurant & Suites In Glorenza

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night there on a cycling trip. Customer service is a priority here. A modern hotel with a historic atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was regional and excellent. We felt very comfortable!

Since we are not hotel guests, we are only reviewing the restaurant, which is located in the beautiful late medieval center of Glurns. We sat in the cozy courtyard in summer temperatures. The three- and four-course menus we chose were a visual and flavorful delight. The desserts were particularly noteworthy, offering a special taste experience with an unusual combination of cucumber, yogurt, and rose water, complemented by biscuit crumble. One drawback that evening was the service, which seemed somewhat overwhelmed and had problems implementing our order. Although we weren't unfriendly, they made us feel like somewhat "annoying" guests.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and can absolutely recommend it. The staff is so lovely and the food (and coffee) is absolutely delicious, and the rooms were also fantastic. Thank you for this special stay 🤝🏽

A small menu with a big wow factor... Still... a dream every year... thank you for the culinary start to our vacation

I'm referring to the restaurant in this review, as that's the only place we visited. The seating is beautiful in the sunny courtyard, and the interior also looked cozy. We ate better than in some Michelin-starred restaurants where you pay three times as much. The menu was very well-executed, creative, and of high quality. The atmosphere and service are friendly and very casual, which we also found very pleasant. Highly recommended; an exceptional restaurant!

Thomas und sein kreatives Küchenteam überraschen immer wieder mit neuen Kreationen, und jedesmal ist das Essen im Flurin ein geschmackliches Highlight. Den Bedienungen kann man die Freude an ihrer Arbeit von einem stets freundlichen Gesicht ablesen, und dies ist sicher auch ein Verdienst der kompetenten Geschäftsleitung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ok, und jeder Besuch im Flurin erfüllt uns mit Freude. Das Ambiente ist von besonderem Geschmack, die Lage für uns, die wir aus der Nähe kommen einfach ideal. Macht weiter so!
