Really worth trying. Super positive experience.

During my visit to Ristorante Flipper in Sanremo, I was greeted with a complimentary glass of prosecco, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, with beautifully arranged tables and soft background music which added a touch of elegance. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the cuisine. Renowned for its fresh seafood, the dishes exceeded all my expectations. I tasted the best carbonara I have ever had: perfectly creamy, rich in flavor and balanced to perfection. The shrimp tagliolini, seasoned with a subtly spicy sauce, was also a real delight, demonstrating the chef's talent for Mediterranean flavors. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional and truly passionate staff, ensuring that each guest felt at home. Ristorante Flipper is a true gem in Sanremo, offering an unforgettable combination of authentic Italian cuisine, excellent service and a cozy yet refined atmosphere. An essential address for a memorable lunch! Thank you very much for this beautiful sensory experience.

This is without a doubt best restaurant in San Remo we loved it!! Especially if u like fish ...u must try Flipper!!!

Already at the reception you realize that this is a real restaurant: an open greeting, a beautiful smile and you are immediately accompanied to your assigned seat. The table is perfect for us and our dog: in a corner and comfortable, to the left of the entrance, well sheltered... exactly as we asked for when booking. The menu is varied and tempting, the wine list very exhaustive. We choose the courses and the bottle. Then a very appetizing entree and glass of excellent prosecco. The dishes are well presented, hot and arrive without haste or unnerving waits, excellent timing and manner. The taste of the dishes is truly a pleasure for the palate. The service is attentive, courteous and efficient, without excessive frills. We didn't have anything left over, despite the generous portions, because everything was truly excellent. We didn't like the dessert but we really appreciated the small pastries offered... we'll make the diet at home! The bill is very fair, adequate for the service, flavors and quality offered. My wife, I and our little dog Black had a great time and will return at least once a month!

I go to restaurants very often in France and I was dazzled by the quality of this superb Italian restaurant.

A top restaurant, fresh produce, well cooked, undeniable quality of seafood. I loved it and what's more, the staff took great care of us. Great discovery

Tutto quello che si può chiedere a un ristorante: in primis piatti eccellenti per qualità, quantità e presentazione; in secondo luogo un ambiente curato e un'atmosfera piacevole; in terzo luogo un servizio cortese, attento e veloce. Non stupisce che il locale sia sempre pieno, e la prenotazione sia d'obbligo. Se torneremo a Sanremo, Flipper sarà la nostra prima scelta.
