We came here for lunch on a Tuesday, & had completely forgotten that it was the market day in Sanremo, & it was also a public holiday in France, so everywhere was very crowded.
However, we managed to get a table for 2 at the last minute. The staff were very friendly & helpful, & the food was delicious. We had salads, lobster linguine, & for dessert a marrons glace’ tiramisu. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Update: For orders outside the regular menu, please inquire about prices beforehand to avoid unpleasant surprises. For example, a plate of pasta with truffles costs €70, and a small sea bream costs €36.
We are regular customers. The atmosphere is pleasant with attentive and friendly service. A glass of Prosecco and a small aperitif are offered to start, as well as a digestif after the meal. The food is good, featuring fresh fish and meat, and there's a nice wine list. However, we increasingly feel like we're being ripped off.

We chose Flipper restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we couldn't have made a better choice! The welcome was extraordinary: all the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and a special thanks goes to Sara, who looked after us with smiles and impeccable care. The dishes were not only delicious, but also meticulously presented. The atmosphere made us feel truly pampered. If we return to Sanremo, Flipper will definitely be our go-to place for a special evening!

Excellent pasta! Don't listen to the French; they're never happy. They want €5 dishes served with a smile and free coffee. It's very good; I've been several times. The owner is very kind, the servers are responsive, and the food is good. In France, a seafood pasta dish costs €30-35, and it's not even good.

I highly recommend this restaurant 👍🏻, whether you like seafood or not, you'll find something to love. Plus, we were lucky enough to have Dasnay as our server, who was absolutely lovely ❤️. The food is top-notch, the welcome is incredibly warm, and the atmosphere is friendly. In short, a 10/10!
