I gave this place full stars, and it's 100% deserved! The rooms are meticulously designed, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. The food was EXQUISITE. My compliments to the chef and the staff, who were able to advise us on the best pairings and meat choices. I highly recommend this place! Well done, keep up the good work!

An evening with friends, a long wait, but it's a Saturday. The food was excellent, that's the important thing. The Fiorentina for €50 was a gift. It's worth the wait.

I admit I hadn't been here in years, so the last time was under the old management, but I'm not here to argue too much about that. I think training people to work in a team with others who are already on the ball is essential, especially if you leave dirty chip plates on the table throughout dinner. Honestly, it didn't bother me particularly, but it's simply a shame not to have obvious considerations. Food: Very interesting menu, we ordered a flame burger and a cheeseburger, the meat was good, the chips were covered in oil... in fact, they stayed in our stomachs all evening. Initially, we went here for the pizza, which I couldn't have because in 2025 they still don't have lactose-free mozzarella. It's certainly not a requirement, but with all the people who are celiac, for example, intolerant to a lot of things, maybe they can update? I also know it costs more, and a business evaluates based on the requests made, but they should also consider the customers they lose, right? That said, we ordered two waters. I asked if room temperature was possible, and the girl (new, I assume?) came over, telling me the room temperature was out, and she brought me ice cold water... now I say... really? But I didn't say anything, because it wasn't her fault... but guys, it's 2025, the place wasn't full, and you don't keep water on hand? It's the first time this has happened to me in 26 years! Service: We were served by three different people, first by the girl with the black square glasses, who was very kind and welcoming! Then a gentleman arrived, who took our order quickly and coldly, and when I asked if there was cheese in the flamorburger, he answered rather superficially that no. I honestly admit that the ingredients don't list cheese (I've attached a photo), but there is allergen 3, which corresponds to lactose, so since I'm intolerant, I tried to understand to protect myself. If that's the answer, even less so! Then a very young girl, who we think was new, was very kind, but no response to every thank you. Maybe she's just starting out, shy, and preoccupied with what to do, how to do it, etc. But I'll go back to the original idea: let's learn to train people properly! I'm giving two stars reluctantly, because I feel sorry for the two girls who served us. The first, as I said, was very kind, the second inexperienced, but that's unacceptable in 2025. The ambiance was nothing to write home about, very nice as always!

The place is very nice and modern. Perhaps the interior isn't perfectly managed, but it looks good. I found the outdoor spaces well-managed, given the ample parking and spacious outdoor terrace. The wait staff clearly lacks experience and training, but despite this, they were courteous. My girlfriend and I opted for their burgers, and the meat was good, flavorful, and well-cooked. It's a shame the fries were full of oil and not very crispy. I'd also recommend changing the type of bread used; it's a bit too soft to hold everything together. Overall, however, we liked it. In my opinion, the prices are a bit high for the overall quality.
