Discovered it at a communion lunch, and I must say it was a great discovery. Excellent service. The restaurant was beautiful. We tried several dishes as the menu was varied. I must say it was very good and carefully prepared. The meat was excellent! I was particularly curious about one thing: I'd heard about the smoked mash they make. Wow, it's amazing! We'll definitely be back to enjoy it! Highly recommended!!

Ero partito piuttosto prevenuto quando mi han proposto di venire qua a cena. Devo dire che ho passato, invece, una bella serata e che ho mangiato molto bene. Pensavo si trattasse di uno di quei posti dove ingozzarsi senza costrutto e basta circondato da torme di persone urlanti. Il posto, invece, è grazioso, ci sono sale in cui si può mangiare in piena riservatezza, tutto è molto curato. Se a tutto questo si aggiunge il fatto che abbiamo mangiato bene si capisce il motivo della mia recensione positiva. Menù vario e sfizioso, ottima la pizza è pure gli hamburger, pure la carne è ben fatta. Bravi ci tornerò sicuramente

The Flame Co. in Pasiano literally won me over: I ate the best ribs I've ever tasted! The meat was tender and flavorful, and the currants melt in your mouth, adding originality to every bite. A unique culinary experience in a welcoming and dynamic environment.
