Unfortunately, we were interested in the all-you-can-eat formula that Fish Fusion Bistrot does not offer its customers, but it left me curious to calmly try its fusion culinary proposals in the future...

Exquisite fish, vast sake selection. The cooked fish was excellent, raw was a 9. Maki was an 8. Veg dish was a 9. Watered-down soy sauce. Amazing wasabi. Very good service. Watch out for hairs on your plates; I found three in one evening.

A truly delightful restaurant; I've been there several times and always had a great time. They serve fish, sushi, fusion cuisine, and much more. I recently tried the tasting menu and it was all excellent. Seven dishes, each better than the last! Attentive and professional staff. The bill, as it should be, was substantial, with two glasses of sparkling wine and a cover charge of approximately €90 per person.

Had a lovely time with the husband. The food, as their name implies, is sushi fusion. They have a myriad of options and the combinations were great. They also have the classics, but I recommend trying something new 😉 I'd also like to point out that their staff are amazing! Highly recommend, and will be back for sure 😊

Nice atmosphere and really kind and helpful staff, compliments for the wide choice on the menu even if we chose the tasting menus for 95, high quality and excellent presentation of the dishes. Too bad that while we were tasting our menus, there were very rude people at the next table who were changing (at the table) diapers flooding the room with a not exactly Japanese style perfume.

The Fish, a guarantee for a romantic dinner or simply an evening with friends. Five stars for the food, the staff, the vast choice of wine, in short, highly recommended!!! Also excellent for delivery if you want to stay at home. Congratulations to all the staff and to the owner Luca who is always present 😉

The cuisine is authentic, rich in spicy flavors and fresh ingredients, making you feel like you're traveling to Sri Lanka. Generous portions, excellent value, and fast service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to try something different and tasty. I'll definitely be back!

22/12/2023: I've already been there a couple of times, but I always forgot to take photos.... The Thai Pad is missing, which I liked a lot when presented with those 4 prawns on top, all the ingredients are really very fresh and good, you can perceive an attentive and quality cuisine With places like Sanuk, going to fake Japanese no longer makes sense...why gorge on low quality when by spending the right amount you can eat while really feeling the flavors and not risking hepatitis C.... not full rating for the wait...almost 45min for the main course is a bit too long.....the room was full...understandable but....by working a little better at the proposed stage the waiter could have advised for example... by the way...well done!
20/11/2023: Very nice atmosphere, the food a little less so. Service and explanation of the dishes a little good.
