09/01/2025: Per me il top in assoluto, come impasto, ingredienti e cottura. Basta provarla e si capisce il perché e' così sopra le altre. E anche la simpatia di chi ci lavora non guasta !
08/11/2024: Really excellent pizzas, nice fillings, with a dough that in my opinion is just the right amount of softness. A dozen tables to eat at their place. In my ranking one of the best 3 in Faenza. Compliments!

Casa Del Parmigiano

18/01/2025: We go weekly to this melting pot of delights. Specifically, we are particularly "fond" of Parmesan, both for consumption as is and grated, of fiordilatte braids, of Tomini, scamorza, Fossa cheese and an Oscar-worthy culatello... I think it is superfluous to add that the quality is truly excellent. The competence and kindness of the gentlemen at the counter and the impeccable cleanliness of the place do the rest. Must try and return!
