16/02/2024: molto carino con volte, archi, pietra faccia vista; piatti tipici strepitosi, si sente che la materia prima (a partire dall'olio di loro produzione) è ottima; fettuccine porcini 18 euro VOTO 10, fettuccine carciofi e guanciale 16 euro VOTO 10, abbacchio alla griglia 18 euro VOTO 9, carciofi romana e fritti e cicoria VOTO 9, puntarelle VOTO 7 (contorni da 6 a 8 euro), semifreddo al pistacchio 7 euro VOTO 8, crostata alle visciole 6 euro VOTO 9. servizio VOTO 10 (gentili, disponibili, veloci). BRAVI !

03/12/2023: This restaurant is well removed from the center of town but is worth The Visit. It was one of the restaurants that Stanley Tucci visited in Rome in particular for the carbonara. He was right. My wife says it was the best carbonara she has ever eaten. She said it was lighter than the typical carbonara and that particularly appealed to her. The amatriciana was excellent but not as good as at Armando Al Pantheon which was also visited by Stanley Tucci . The restaurant itself is intimate and the service was extremely friendly.
