Unfortunately there are not enough stars here to express what we think. Fabulous personal service by Roberto and his staff. Great ever so fresh and tastefull fresh dishes are created by 2 magicians in the kitchen. Always check for a table before you go.

Every time we go to Salento, we can't miss this trattoria.
The owner is very kind and helpful. We are two vegetarians and one vegan, and we always manage to find something for ourselves. The food is typical Salento, very good, and characteristic of the area. Highly recommended!

Pure spectacle! Everything was authentic... from the dishes that truly reminded me of my grandmother, to the manager, who proved to be a typical Salento person... everything was good and excellent value for money. The location was also well-kept and clean. I went back twice in two days, and when I return to Salento, I'll be back again 😉

A quaint, typical Salento location with wonderful star vaults... well-maintained. Welcoming atmosphere! Courteous and professional staff. Now for the food... The perfect place to enjoy traditional cuisine. The house appetizer is varied and tasty, and the first courses are excellent! We'll definitely be back and telling you about it...

My favorite place in this area. Quiet, excellent food, a relaxed and well-maintained atmosphere, and traditional Salento dishes prepared with love. The appetizer for two and the horse meat pieces are highly recommended.
