When you enter a restaurant you set off on a sort of journey, thought out, studied and meticulously put into practice. FEVA welcomes guests by immediately presenting the open kitchen behind the windows, even before they actually enter. Quite a test of courage. Once you cross the threshold, the human warmth that the staff exudes is tangible. Everything was impeccable (applause to Alessandro whose professionalism in the dining room makes the difference). The menu is surprising, with classic but innovative tones. You may like some dishes more, some less: subjective. Overall, when you get up you are satisfied (and definitely full). What really matters is the experience; feeling immersed, trying to understand what lies behind the plates without being afraid to laugh out loud or blow your nose. Haute cuisine accustoms us to standards in which the diner sits, speaks little, and must not disturb the room because someone's eyes are on him. Well, luckily FEVA is NOT this. Sitting, comfortable and without worries. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

Eating the food that comes from Chef Nicola Dinato's mind was one of the best experiences in my life. Beautiful atmosphere and always smiling crew made everything even better. I will never forget and i definitely want to come here again. Thank you for everything.

It was recommended to me by friends as an alternative during the working week, as it offers a dedicated lunch menu: two dishes to choose from among those offered, cover charge, 1/2 water and coffee for €30. High-level cuisine, impeccable service in a minimal, informal and reserved environment. I will definitely come back :-)
