WINE TASTING This morning we had the opportunity to do a tasting at Feudo di San Maurizio with Pierre, and it was a truly special experience. Pierre let us try so many wines: their selection is so vast, it would be impossible to taste them all in one visit! We were immediately struck by his expertise, enthusiasm, and energy as he described each wine, conveying all the passion behind their work. What impressed us most, besides the quality of the wines, was the incredible attention they devote to the product: minimal use of sulfites and an authentic approach that puts authenticity first. You can clearly sense that each bottle is the result of painstaking work, but done with passion and respect for the land. Pierre was fantastic: knowledgeable, engaging, and with a level head. Despite his young age and the enormous commitment this job requires, he always manages to maintain a smile and a great desire to do well. An experience we recommend to anyone who loves discovering authentic wines, which tell the story of the Aosta Valley in every sip.

We met the company at the Barme fair in Villeneuve on August 16th just yesterday... Pier introduced us and told us about some of his labels. He's 20 years old and has an incredible passion that truly enchanted me and made me want to go to Sarre to meet the company.... While he was talking to us about the Cornalin red, his eyes lit up as if he were talking about his most precious pearl!
