Fernando's Cafe In Viterbo

17/11/2024: Unexpectedly an excellent place to be a trattoria, dishes faithful to the Roman tradition also influenced by the cuisine of Viterbo with a phenomenal result in my opinion, especially for the desserts which surprise you with the care with which they are made, detaching the home-made atmosphere for their refined presentation and tasting that tend towards "gourmet", welcoming and attentive staff even if the organization would need to be revised a little but they still do an excellent job, location truly "down to earth" typical of trattoria/tavern which I am not a fan of but I recognize that it is really well looked after, tidy, scenic and clean, but unfortunately for the Totti t-shirt I have to put one star less on the environment
