Very nice location, well furnished, well lit and well air conditioned. I took a hamburger and was satisfied with it, the fact that they ask for it to be cooked is very good, which is not always a given. Friendly staff.

Excellent beers and delicious dishes, friendly and extremely helpful staff even for unusual requests: the last time I was here with my friends they even allowed us to role play by cluttering the table with computers, cards, dice and various stationery. Yes, because in a well-known place in Brescia dedicated specifically for these activities I no longer feel as comfortable as I once did, so thanks Fermento

I have come to eat at this place many times, I have tried different dishes and they are all phenomenal. I recommend the gourmet hamburger in any of the toppings offered and the rose cake which is super good

Fermento is an excellent restaurant in Brescia, with a welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. I tried the beef in oil and it was truly excellent: tender and tasty meat, cooked to perfection.
