Good burgers and draft beers but expensive

Excellent burger, from the crispy and flaky homemade bread to the oven-baked potatoes that taste like fried potatoes, to the tender and flavorful meat with a very tasty guacamole sauce. Fair prices and high quality, a nice place. Considering the industrial area, it's a great option for lunch! It's a shame the bathroom has no paper and cold water, so I can't give it more than 3 stars for service and ambiance.

I hadn't been back in years, and I found the place completely changed. Very well-kept. I had the shank. It was very filling and well-cooked. The beer was good. Friendly staff. I recommend it.

I've eaten here several times. The atmosphere is great, and the tables are spaced far enough apart to maintain privacy. The service is friendly, attentive, and unobtrusive. The food is excellent; I highly recommend the burgers—I'd say they're the best in the area. Excellent.

There are nights when you need dishes that speak for themselves, smelling delicious as soon as they arrive, and winning you over with the first bite. That's exactly what happened at Fermento. As soon as we sat down, they brought us a bag: soft focaccia, warm bread, and crispy breadsticks—the perfect start to whet your appetite 😍🥖✨ Then our dishes arrived: 🍗 Chicken cutlet—double-breaded chicken breast, golden and crispy, the kind that crunches when cut. Served with hot, light fries. 🔥 Pulled pork—BBQ pulled pork, cooked at a low temperature, incredibly tender. Accompanied by cabbage, honey-mustard sauce, and gherkins, which add a fresh, sweet-and-sour note that balances everything out. Here, too, fries complete the dish. Every bite was a different combination: crunchy, soft, sweet, smoky... and we were commenting like two true food addicts, exchanging tastings and approvals with every bite 🤭✨ If you're craving comfort food done well, Fermento is the right choice. And you: are you more team crispy cutlet or team juicy pulled pork? 🍽️💕
