Prodotti fantastici, tutti di qualità eccellente, dal pane alle pizze, ai biscotti, alla pasticceria, per non parlare dei panettoni e adesso delle frittelle ripiene, assolutamente da provare, in particolare quella con la crema al caffe e allo zabaione... una prelibatezza. I loro prodotti sono quotidianamente sulla nostra tavola da quando hanno aperto, impossibile cambiare. Fationa e Francesco due ottimi padroni di casa, sempre col sorriso e disponibili. BRAVI👍👏👏👏😘

Update: I brought one panettone back to American to share with friends and family and they all loved it. Here’s what they said (they too have eaten “From Roy” panettone). “The bread is very similar [to Roy] But I feel like the trimming inside is more fresh and soft compared to Roys. I like it” “Panettone tastes great! So light and airy” “Yes! It’s very good! Thanks for sharing it with us!” I know I am very obsessed with this panettone but it’s my passion to share information about good food! Lol So, do not miss out! Buy one or two! Also, I knew the bakery was very good because I saw the very famous panettone cookbook in her shop😍 I hope to one day learn to make one just as good as hers! Also, here are more photos :) Btw, the whipped cream on the maritozzo was really good!!! (I went around 12pm which was too late. I should have come when they opened). ————————- First Review: So far it’s the best panettone I’ve tried in Italy. So good I am buying another one. I got the classic one. It’s a little expensive but worth it. €40 for classico (and €44 for chocolate). To compare, it’s not as good as “This is From Roy” Panettone but it’s the closest after trying some local bakeries here and in Bologna. Also, “This is From Roy” currently $102, which is crazy and greedy of Roy! I would happily buy 2 from Fermento! Plus, the space box is super cute! Also, pastries are good too but I wish there was plain croissants. (Maybe I was there too late?). Will go again today to see of there are plain ones.

I should have put at least a photo of what I bought but... I didn't have time because it finished in the blink of an eye!!! I passed in front of the shop window and immediately what I could see from their stall caught my attention: ... the husbandzzi! FANTASTIC Large, full, full with a "cream" that is neither too sweet nor insipid nor nauseating but simply perfect with a veil of custard on the sides of the dough! Obviously it's my opinion but it's my review!!! the other pastries are equally excellent with a custard that has vanilla! simple but clean environment! I saw more than a few guys leaving with pizza and focaccia! I can't wait to go back and try the savory…

Ristorante Al Posta

13/05/2025: Truly a very good choice 👌🏻 the Hotel Ristorante Pizzeria "Al Posta" ⭐️⭐️⭐️, a valid structure where we had lunch last Sunday as part of our day trip to Casarsa. Arriving on site at 12.30 🕧 after booking 📞, we parked 🚘 almost in front of the entrance since on holidays ✝️ the parking spaces 🅿️ along via Valvasone are free 🆓️. Once we crossed the access tunnel we were immediately very impressed 😮 by the splendid internal courtyard (see photos 📸 attached 📎) which the restaurant also overlooks. We soon reached 🚶🏻🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏼‍♀️ the latter (there is a separate entrance from the hotel) meeting a manager 👩🏻 who immediately accompanied us to our table at the back of the room and then offered us a welcome prosecco 🥂 (alternatively, a non-alcoholic drink was also available 🍹). Here we also met the person who seemed to us to be the head waiter, a kind and distinguished boy 🧑🏻 who, very cordially, gave us the price lists 📋 and then collected our order. The choice fell on three first courses based on busiate (with the flavors "Sicilian pesto", "speck/pistachios" and "Trapanese") and as many appetizers (raw ham platter, Friulian appetizer and grilled frico) served as second courses. To drink, a liter of sparkling water 💧 and three glasses of red 🍷 (two Cabernet Sauvignon and one Franc). Everything was really tasty 😋 and the portions were generous too. Of particular note, the creaminess of the sauce for my busiate (a type of pasta originally from Trapani) based on speck and pistachios, in addition to the perfect balance between flavor and delicacy. Also worthy of note, however, were the mushrooms 🍄 in a frico crust (part of the Friulian appetizer) and, more generally, all the other dishes. To conclude, a couple of desserts (chocolate cake with a soft heart and salted caramel cheesecake) and three espresso coffees ☕️. Impeccable 🔝 the service offered by the kind members of staff, with a special mention for the very kind manager 🧑🏻 mentioned above. With the same I then paid the bill at the counter by card 💳 (by the way, excellent value for money by virtue of the 107.50 euros 💶 total). Bathrooms 🚾 clean and tidy 🚽🧻🧴. As mentioned, the very green 🌳🪴 internal courtyard is splendid, equipped with tables, chairs, wooden benches made with pallets and a large pergola for outdoor events (there was in fact one in progress). Strategic location in the immediate vicinity of the "Pier Paolo Pasolini" Study Center, the main center of interest in the center of Casarsa and, not by chance, our afternoon destination. We definitely liked it so WE PROMOTE IT WITH FULL MARKS 💯.
14/03/2025: Servizio eccellente grazie a ragazzi meravigliosi. Una serata con amici, mangiato bene, sia pizza che primi piatti. Ciò che ha fatto la differenza è stata però la serietà e competenza che Jary ha dimostrato nel servizio, sempre molto cordiale e gentile; ci ha accontentato in tutte le nostre richieste (che sono state molte…) e col supporto di Daniel, anche lui molto cordiale e professionale, la nostra serata è stata veramente piacevole, come il conto: adeguato e onesto. Consigliatissimo !!
