I went to Fermento for a savory buffet for my daughter's birthday. The staff were super helpful. Excellent value for money. The quality of the products is excellent. This buffet made me really impressed. Generous, varied, and satisfied the palates of both children and adults. Everything was delicious, truly. From now on, I'll definitely know who to go to. It's worth it!

Quality is always a constant and guaranteed.
Service is always helpful and friendly.
Every time I go in just to get bread, there's always the risk of leaving with a few slices of pizza or something else.

The best bakery in Sacile, and I'd even say in the province! This little bakery is both a French boulangerie serving incredible, delicious, buttery croissants and pastries with amazing fillings, and a Roman bakery that draws you in from afar with the aroma of bread, pizza in pala, and pangocciole. The maritozzi are also highly recommended, a soft brioche bread with a wonderful aroma of vanilla and orange zest, which becomes truly irresistible with all that cream. As a lover of Roman leavened and baked goods, this bakery is truly the only place I find myself in at a given moment; every time I pass by, the smell alone makes my mouth water. And the owners are incredibly friendly and kind! 100% recommended.

It was my first time at this bakery and I ordered a brioche. The price is a little high compared to other places, but the quality is evident. The owner is kind and friendly.

We discovered Fermento by chance on Instagram... and one video was enough to make our mouths water! 😍 So my husband Mattia set off on a mission and came home with a dream haul: a porchetta focaccia that to call delicious is an understatement – the smell alone drove our dogs crazy, and they cried the whole time we were eating! 🐶😂
And that's not all: the pancetta and potato pizza was also a blast. Light dough, bold flavors.
Plus, the owners were incredibly kind and super friendly, the kind that make you want to come back just for a chat (and maybe try everything else on the counter, just so you don't leave anything behind 😄).
If you're passing through Sacile, do yourself a favor: stop by Fermento. But be warned: it's addictive. 😋

It was my first time at Fermento in Sacile, and it was a special experience right from the start: the smell of freshly baked bread wafts from the end of the street and accompanies you all the way to the door. The bread is crispy and fragrant, truly well-made. I also tried the one with raisins and chocolate: a delicious surprise, soft and rich in flavor. A place that knows how to win you over from the first bite!

Excellent bakery with a warm atmosphere and the smell of freshly baked bread. We went for breakfast and got savory options. I got a whole wheat bread, and the texture and aroma are second to none. It's my favorite bakery from now on.
