Very elegant environment that makes a simple pizza a special occasion.
The pizzas are very refined, with excellent quality ingredients. The dough is a cloud! Light and very digestible.
The choice of beer is also excellent and interesting.
The pizzas we ate perfectly combined the Neapolitan art of pizza with ingredients from the Abruzzo area.
The appetizers and desserts are also very special and delicious. I haven't even eaten such a good pasta omelette in Naples!

The pizza comes with a long leavening dough and in truly delicious gourmet variations. I give my all because especially in this period we need to reward serious and honest establishments. Let's start with the well-kept environment, both external and internal, soft and relaxing music and lights, plenty of places available. Top service, young and large numbers of staff always present and available and never intrusive and then with an education and courtesy unknown to most in Abruzzo, congratulations. Talking about the pizzas, the choice and quality of the ingredients would take too much time and too many lines...to try them all! The price is fairer, you eat quality food and the pizzas cost 10-12 euros ... the most expensive 16-17 ..... Very very good .... Highly recommended

Locale già recensito. Confermo la valutazione. Birre interessanti, ho provato quella aromatizzata alla salvia. Ottime le crocchette pulled pork anche se in versione mini. Sempre ottime le pizze.
Il babà casertano non è al livello della pizzeria. Se ci provate vi riesca meglio.

In zona se dici pizza dici Fermenta, senza se e senza ma. Locale bello, caldo e accogliente. Personale veloce e competente. Menù ricco per ogni gusto e per ogni evenienza. Anche chi ha qualche tipo di intolleranza o preferenza vegana qui verrà accontentato. Per le pizze si può scegliere tra diverse tipologie di impasti ma quello che più intriga è l'integrale ai carboni che rende la pizza leggera e facilmente digeribile. Per le pizze da provare assolutamente la "Salto in Calabria" o anche la "Parmigiana che scrocchia". Ottima scelta anche di birre e antipasti. La frittatina alla carbonara è veramente buona.
