Pizzeria Fermenta review My experience at Pizzeria Fermenta was extraordinary! The pizza was simply divine, with a soft dough and an exceptional taste, certainly among the best I've ever tried. Before the pizza, I tasted a fantastic Pallotta Cacio e Ova and a delicious Pasta Frittatina, both irresistible. I then tasted the yellow potato Fellate, accompanied by a homemade mayonnaise: a perfect combination, with flavors that conquer at first taste. To accompany it all, I chose Molecola, which turned out to be the best drink I've tried so far, even superior to Coca-Cola and Pepsi. An incredible culinary experience, which I recommend to everyone.

I went last night for the first time as a group, we entrusted our choice to the very elegant girl who took our order asking for a mix of fried foods and some pizzas to put in the centre, including one off the menu. Nothing short of exceptional, there was nothing that didn't deserve 5 stars, to be honest perhaps the baba' who deserves 6. Beautiful and welcoming location and top-notch staff. Without a doubt my personal best pizza experience. Well done.

First time and why it was suggested to me. Easy to locate, a little difficult to park. Very very nice environment: well looked after in every aspect. The wood gave a warmth and simplicity to be felt in a familiar place. Everything that was served was very good: Appetizers (pasta omelettes and chips), pizzas and raw cheesecake (one of the best I've ever eaten). My pizza didn't exalt me ​​but for personal tastes although I ate it all and it was very digestible. Very good service and done by girls and boys: impeccable. The only small negative note is the beer which sometimes arrived a little late even though there were no other requests, however I would like to underline that, having never practiced a similar profession (barman), it seemed absurd to remove a star especially because I would have penalized one of the best services, especially at the table, I have ever received. Passed with full marks. To return on other occasions. Reservations are strongly recommended: despite it being midweek, there were several customers. For Saturday evening I know they work two shifts.

Too formal, almost robotic place, several figures in the room but no approach of welcome, professionalism and interaction... even to force a good evening (to the waitress who takes orders). We just drank two gin and tonics (with tonic already poured, excellent and balanced) and 3 starters (pallotte 7/10, montaranine 3/10 - not fried as described but reheated?!?, and the savory babà 4/10 - the flavors not too balanced because it is mushy from the babà dough itself). I hope it's a constructive review so I can have a new opportunity.
