15/07/2025: Friendliness, a warm welcome in keeping with the time-honored Romagna tradition, and good food. Thanks to Davide, who provided excellent recommendations on dishes and wine. I definitely recommend it.
09/07/2025: Rimini has many restaurants, but those with soul are few and far between... and Amorimini is one of them. I agree, you go to a restaurant to eat... but not only that. Saying "I ate well" isn't enough to define a restaurant as good; much more is needed. Chef Luca Borrelli and his staff put all their soul into it, and it's palpable in every dish, served with care and dedication. I personally consider it one of the best restaurants in Rimini for these simple reasons:
LOCATION: Modern/elegant style directly on Rimini's Parco del Mare, just steps from the sand.
PARKING: The restaurant has easily accessible underground parking.
MENU: A "Land and Sea" menu that pleases everyone with top-quality products from selected local suppliers.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is open to the public. You can sense the desire to bring the customer there, where everything magically comes to life.
CELLAR: Fine local, national, and international wines, stored in a "precious vault," a glass-enclosed refrigerator that makes Ferragni's walk-in closet look nothing like hers.
STAFF: Very attentive and attentive service, not at all intrusive.
PERSONAL COMMENTS: My wife and I were particularly impressed by the delicacy of the dishes and the exquisite balance of flavors. The chef's presence in the dining room, whether for presentations or simply to say hello, was greatly appreciated. Rereading it, it seems more like a love letter than a review. Maybe so, I've fallen in love. I love Amorimini.
