good Chinese restaurant with à la carte menu. It is possible to eat on site (better to book because it is not very large, which facilitates an atmosphere quiet inside), both takeaway and home delivery the dishes are traditional, with some "extras" that are worth tasting

Found this place by chance and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise! Everything is excellent! From the food to the environment and the friendliness of the welcome. Open kitchen, excellent. Highly recommended!

You go without fail, certain of eating very well, in my opinion the best in Piacenza. The dishes are excellent, my favorites in the city (the ravioli are all delicious, the rice in the lotus leaf delicate and satisfying) with ingredients decidedly superior to the average of other Chinese/Japanese ones, with several interesting and successful culinary "borrowings" such as example the use of asparagus. The place is quite small and full of cooking smells, but the open kitchen is very appreciable. The staff is always very kind, sometimes you have to wait a bit, the price of success because the restaurant is very popular in the city. Home delivery and take-away service are very popular.

Il problema principale è trovare parcheggio, infatti lavora molto più con il delivery che con le persone al ristorante. Altro problema il locale molto piccolo che non lascia scampo ai vestiti (mangiate nel dehor sulla strada). Cucina buona, molto buona. Ravioli ottimi e buone quantità, udon meravigliosi (provateli un po' piccanti). Personale di una gentilezza estrema. Prezzi medio. Da ritornarci (sperando in un impianto di aspirazione migliore)

They brought us freshly prepared dragon clouds as an entrée accompanied by 3 sauces (included in the cover price). The service is not very fast considering that there are only 3 of them in the dining room and kitchen, but a few extra minutes of waiting is absolutely worth it. The dishes we ate were all super good. I recommend it!

I was craving grilled ravioli and the like, so I decided to try Chang's restaurant, and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. Everything really excellent; then combined with sauces it becomes exceptional. I especially want to make a positive note about the vegetable ravioli: usually secondary requests in Asian cuisine, and therefore perhaps also for this reason mistreated in terms of quality. Here, however, you can feel the freshness of the vegetables used. I really enjoyed them. When the goodness of the products is felt even with the time of home delivery, the quality becomes undisputed. The restaurant staff were very kind for adding a complimentary portion of dragon clouds to the order, which was really appreciated. It's those little things that count. I can't wait to try the first and second courses of the place too.
