Excellent pastry and ice cream shop already in the past and even now with the new management. The ice creams are really good, light, not too sweet and with quality ingredients. In addition to the classic flavors there is a decent choice of vegan flavors, which I really appreciate. In my opinion the best ice creams in Bressanone at the moment!! Kind and helpful in answering questions about their products.

Unfortunately I am forced to not be able to give more than 3 stars because, if the pain au chocolat and the black cherry croissant were delicious, the pistachio croissant was cold from the fridge! Another negative aspect is the slow service and the lack of seating despite the high prices: 4 euros on average.

Very tasty ice cream, vegan selection. Had 2 balls in the cup. It's not air ice cream and a true taste experience 😍
