Three days and two nights of pure relaxation. Special thanks to Davide and Claudio, the hotel's top waiters.

First, the criticisms why we didn't give it 5 stars: Our room was only accessible via a narrow spiral staircase. This should be included in the room description. The room had a sloping roof, which is critical for people over 1.8m tall. The bed was very low, and there was a hard wedge about 10cm wide between the mattresses, which was uncomfortable. The room had a clean, long-haired pile, which we don't think is ideal. What bothered us most was that there was only one towel per day for the sauna and pool. There were no additional towels in the sauna. We find this very unhygienic. A shame for such a great sauna area. The afternoon snack was only available from 4 to 5 and was very limited. If it weren't for the above-mentioned shortcomings, we would have given it 5 stars. Super friendly service staff. The dinner was excellent. We would still come back.

They lost a bottle of water. At this point, after checking out, they asked us to pay for five bottles of water, but when we asked to deduct breakfast for eight people, which we wouldn't have eaten, they told us it wasn't possible. A little intelligence would be enough to understand how to work.

We stayed with our family and two children from July 21st to 23rd – it was a wonderful experience in every respect. The staff was exceptional: friendly, always helpful, and always ready to fulfill our every need with courtesy and professionalism. We felt welcome from the very first moment. The restaurant was a real highlight, even for our children: lovingly prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and great attention to quality. Every meal was a delight. The rooms were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the relaxed atmosphere made our short stay truly special. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

We stayed from June 13th to 20th as a family with our little girl, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and cared for down to the smallest detail. What truly made the difference was the extraordinary staff: kind, professional, and always attentive to every need — not only ours, but especially those of our daughter, who felt welcomed and pampered throughout the stay. She loved the pool and the kid-friendly spaces, while we parents enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the wellness center, and the delicious cuisine. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay from June 19th to 22nd We stayed at Feldmilla Design Hotel from June 19th to 22nd and were impressed in every way. The hotel is a true gem: elegant, welcoming, surrounded by nature, and beautifully maintained down to the smallest detail. The professionalism and kindness of the staff stood out from the very beginning. Every team member was attentive, helpful, and always made us feel at home. The quality of the services is simply outstanding: spotless and stylish rooms, a relaxing wellness area, delicious and abundant breakfasts, and a lounge bar serving creative and top-quality cocktails. An experience we’ll always remember and definitely hope to repeat soon. Highly recommended!

A simply perfect stay! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with rare kindness and professionalism: the entire staff was attentive, friendly, and always available, making us feel pampered at all times. The restaurant was a real discovery: refined dishes, prepared with the highest-quality ingredients and presented with impeccable taste. We fell in love with this establishment located in the charming village of Campo Tures (Sand in Taufers). The hotel offers very spacious, well-equipped, and pleasant rooms. The heated pool is fantastic, and the complex has several saunas, jacuzzis, and other wellness facilities. The staff is professional, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast was also perfect: plentiful, delicious, and varied, with impeccable service. Nothing to complain about; a true haven of peace.

What can I say? Excellent hotel. Very kind and attentive staff (especially the waiters, who are always smiling and helpful). Very spacious room, even the bathroom is spacious. The room includes a bathrobe, towel, and slippers for the spa and pool. There's a snack at 4 pm, where you can even wear a bathrobe. The pool is very nice with a hot tub, and there's a passageway to the outside. There's a small refreshment stand with water, tea, yogurt, and snacks. The naturist area is separate. Excellent food, beautifully presented. Very nice location next to the river with a view of the castle above.

I spent a wonderful and relaxing week at this hotel. I loved the building, both for its innovative design and high-quality materials. I felt pampered by all the staff, who were ready to anticipate and fulfill every request. I chose this hotel because it has an indoor pool that connects to an outdoor one, a spa complete with Turkish bath and saunas, and a fitness room. It was a good choice because, unfortunately, it rained a lot, but with these amenities, I was still able to have a pleasant time. Highly recommended, I will definitely return.
