The staff are polite and friendly, and they were very helpful in organizing our wedding anniversary surprise. The internal and external acoustics of the rooms are very good, the cleanliness is excellent, and the restaurant offers great meal options. The breakfast is good and meets expectations well. The only downside was the lack of parking spaces, as on our last day we ended up parking improperly in a private space next to the hotel because the hotel parking lot was completely full.

A quiet hotel with great staff. Excellent dinner. Unfortunately, breakfast was meager. Overall, a nice hotel, but the price-performance ratio isn't right. There are better hotels in South Tyrol for the same price.

A very good quality hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was varied. A pleasant aroma greeted us upon entering the spacious room. The bedding was very comfortable, although the bed frame creaked, which was a shame. The bathroom was clean and large. Perhaps the shower head could be replaced to make it even better. The pool was warm and lovely. The 8:00 am opening time was a real plus. We didn't eat at the restaurant, so we can't comment on that. But we truly disconnected. Our stay was very enjoyable. I stayed at Hotel Feldmilla during the Christmas holidays and it was an experience I will cherish forever. From the first moment, you can feel a warm and inviting atmosphere, made even more magical by the soft lighting, the lit fireplace, and live piano music in the evening: an elegant backdrop that creates moments of pure relaxation and serenity. The hotel is meticulously maintained, refined yet welcoming. The staff is simply extraordinary: always smiling, attentive, and genuinely helpful. You feel truly pampered at every moment. The cuisine is exceptional!!! Dishes prepared with great care, authentic flavors, and top-quality ingredients. Every dinner was a true experience. A piece of advice I feel I can offer from the heart: treat yourself to a treatment at the spa!!! It's a wonderful oasis of peace. I had a body treatment and a massage that literally reawakened me. I can't recommend it highly enough to anyone who wants to experience true relaxation, warmth, and elegance. A special place to return to!

Excellent spa. For €45 entry (towels and bathrobes provided), we had access to the pool and spa. Everything is beautiful. Note that part of the spa is clothing-optional. The massages are very good; we were able to bring our child to the clothed area.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Campo Tures, overlooking the castle... very nice for a stroll after dinner or in the morning. Location: 10. Very varied breakfast with extended hours. The wellness area closes at 7:00 PM, and the snack and herbal tea area is comfortable. The modern room, all in wood and gold, offers every comfort. My only complaint is that I would have liked a corner with a kettle for herbal tea. This can be remedied in the elegant bar. There was a small children's playroom, but there were no small children present during our stay.

We stayed 3 nights and had a great time. The bartender was very kind! Thanks for the advice you gave us!! He suggested places to visit. He also recommended the ski slope!! He also recommended climbing to the top of the 2400 meter mountain! A great experience! I do not recommend it. We will gladly return.

This is our second time staying at this hotel because we liked it so much, and it has proven to be an excellent choice. Unfortunately, compared to last time, there's no longer a dinner buffet or afternoon snack, but the quality of the dinner has improved and is very good. For the quality of the hotel, breakfast is standard; it could be better. The spa is always very nice, but sometimes people don't respect the silence; it would be nice to play some relaxing background music.

We spent a few relaxing days at this hotel, thoroughly pampered by the staff. It's an excellent starting point for many activities, but above all, it has a very large and beautiful wellness area. Congratulations to all the staff!!!
