Staying here is an experience in itself: the welcome is 10, with advice on getting around and where to eat something typical. The room has all the comforts necessary for an excellent stay, it is arranged and cleaned every day during the stay - also a very nice open space for each room with a small table. If I have to find some small "defect" (but I'm committed to looking at the quibble) I would have liked a kettle in the room as well as a bidet in the bathroom. I think the real strong point is the breakfast: never before have I seen so much attention to celiac disease, sweet/savory cravings, types of cereals, preparations with eggs and multitude of types of bread. Their jams and fresh infusions, prepared at home, are excellent. The structure also provides a card for all services in the area for the period of stay, included in the price of the stay, as well as a paid garage. Hope to come back soon, thanks.

Tonight is our last night in this hotel unfortunately. Indeed, we were very well received. There is secure private parking for 10 euros per night. You also have the possibility of renting a bike for 15 euros per day (I haven't tried it). Our room is large enough, air-conditioned and equipped with a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast is excellent: there is choice and quality products. As for the staff who work there, they are very pleasant, helpful and were able to give us advice for visiting the city. After contemplating a trip to the Dolomites, I decided to stay in Bolzano. I thought a lot about accommodations, but I think I made the right choice in choosing this hotel. The facilities are new and clean, and there is nothing lacking in the air conditioning or elevator. There are a lot of plug-in outlets and it's very convenient. As soon as I arrived in Bolzano on the first day, I checked in early at 1 o'clock. I went to Orseiti with my parents today, and thinking about it again, I think it was a good choice to stay in Bolzano instead of Orseiti and to choose this hotel. The breakfast is delicious and they are friendly even though they don't speak English very well! I will stay here again without hesitation.

Very friendly staff always willing to help. Having the possibility to park the car in a private garage near the hotel is a great plus. The room size is perfect and the breakfast is awesome with a lot of options. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Bolzano for one night and really liked the hotel. Very friendly welcome, helpful tips, safe and inexpensive parking. Room with a nice view, very good location. The highlight was the breakfast! In general, the daytime bistro is very nice.

We stayed for a weekend. Convenient to the station but in a quiet, pedestrian and central area of ​​Bolzano. Welcoming and helpful staff, excellent service. Nice room, bathroom a little small. Excellent breakfast. There is a lift but it is better to specify if you have motor disabilities because some rooms can only be reached by stairs. Very positive experience!!
