Our favorite hotel in Bolzano, in a super central location and a stone's throw from the station, welcoming and comfortable, managed by the family with passion and competence, excellent breakfast with high quality products. A true example of South Tyrolean hospitality. Compliments!

**An unforgettable stay in Bolzano!** We had a fantastic stay in this hotel, where we felt at home from the first moment. The girl at the reception welcomed us with extraordinary kindness, providing us with excellent advice on both restaurants to try and attractions to visit in Bolzano and Trentino. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which made our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and varied, perfect for starting the day with energy. Furthermore, all the staff were always kind and smiling, creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere. The location of the hotel is ideal, just a few steps from Piazza Walter, which allowed us to easily explore the city. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

Staying here is an experience in itself: the welcome is 10, with advice on getting around and where to eat something typical. The room has all the comforts necessary for an excellent stay, it is arranged and cleaned every day during the stay - also a very nice open space for each room with a small table. If I have to find some small "defect" (but I'm committed to looking at the quibble) I would have liked a kettle in the room as well as a bidet in the bathroom. I think the real strong point is the breakfast: never before have I seen so much attention to celiac disease, sweet/savory cravings, types of cereals, preparations with eggs and multitude of types of bread. Their jams and fresh infusions, prepared at home, are excellent. The structure also provides a card for all services in the area for the period of stay, included in the price of the stay, as well as a paid garage. Hope to come back soon, thanks.

Tonight is our last night in this hotel unfortunately. Indeed, we were very well received. There is secure private parking for 10 euros per night. You also have the possibility of renting a bike for 15 euros per day (I haven't tried it). Our room is large enough, air-conditioned and equipped with a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast is excellent: there is choice and quality products. As for the staff who work there, they are very pleasant, helpful and were able to give us advice for visiting the city.
