Pizza Chef Gianluca Graci and his highly qualified staff, constantly evolving and constantly inspiring, offer elegance and crispness. They experiment and give us intense flavors, in perfect balance. It's all their own work. As they say, to stay on topic, at Fauzzeria, comparisons are forbidden; there, you savor only emotions.

We came as a group, and the owner welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. In addition to the delicious pizzas, we tried the fish chips specialty. A must try! Everything was delicious.

We visited this pizzeria after seeing them at the street food event in Torre di Gaffe. The pizza was AMAZING, with a soft, airy dough and topped with top-quality ingredients. All the staff were very kind and professional, attentive to our every request. The place was well-kept, clean, and welcoming, with easy parking nearby. We highly recommend it!!! We'll definitely be back to try and enjoy all the pizzas we saw being baked!!

A gluten-free refuge to end the evening with typical Licata pizza and craft beer. It's just a shame they didn't have gluten-free desserts available. I'll gladly return and definitely recommend it. See you soon!
