English: Fattori Garofalo is a hidden gem in Genoa! They serve the best carbonara I've tasted in the city — perfectly creamy and full of flavor. The pistachio lasagna was absolutely amazing, something truly unique. The antipasti, especially the mozzarella and ricotta, were incredibly fresh and delicious. I go there almost every day for lunch, excellent quality of the products, excellent quality burgers and above all always perfect cooking, the other dishes are no less, I recommend the chicken cooked at low temperature, the staff is always helpful and friendly

Panino con hamburger buono ma spingeva poco nei sapori. Ho preso il classico, quello con pomodoro, mozzarella, lattuga… … non male ma mi sarei aspettata di più!! Tutto sommato il giudizio è positivo, abbastanza grande da saziarti, l’hamburger ben cotto e succoso e molto buono l’impasto del buns.
