Superlative pizza, very polite, fast and customer-friendly waiting staff

At the end of August 2025, we went to dinner as a group of three families with six children aged 1 to 14. We ordered a variety of appetizers, some with pasta, others with meat (the buffalo stew was delicious!), with side dishes, and not all with dessert. Everything was delicious and cooked with genuine, local ingredients. I noticed that despite being in the open countryside, there were no insects, not even around the lights, a sign of careful pest control. Good value for money.

Slow service, mediocre food, a slightly dated venue, and no air conditioning inside. The outside is beautiful with lots of green space. Huge potential, but really poorly utilized!

Nice location, good food, but unfortunately the service is very slow. There were two of us, and we were there for two hours to get a main course and a dessert. We had also ordered another side dish, which we cancelled after half an hour due to the wait. We had to call the waiters several times, who were very kind but not very attentive. It's a shame because this restaurant has everything it takes, but they need to pay more attention to the tables and speed up the service.

The place is very nice, quite informal, the service is good, the food is good too, and the prices are very decent. They organize evenings with live music and tables in the very beautiful garden.

Nestled in the Latina countryside, just steps from the sea... the pizza is excellent.

Overall, the experience was just adequate in the restaurant/pizzeria area alone. We started with an appetizer of chips, the portion of which turned out to be particularly small. The pieces were mostly fragments, similar to those found at the bottom of a package. Next, the battered vegetables (€7), which we would have expected to be prepared on site. Instead, the portion was small and the breading left the impression that it was a frozen product. As for the pizza, we recognize that it may meet some people's tastes, but personally we found it dry, not very developed during cooking and with a rather tough dough, which required a lot of chewing. Probably the oven was not hot enough when it was prepared. The waiting time between the fried appetizers and the arrival of the pizzas was about an hour, making the overall experience not very fluid. On the positive side, we should mention the courtesy and availability of the two young people serving at the tables, who managed the service with professionalism and kindness.
