Let's start by saying that Ibrahim is an exceptional person: his main qualities are speed, mastery in the work he does and his extreme kindness. Speaking instead of the pizza, in my opinion it is an excellent product: not the classic Neapolitan one, the pizza has a slightly high edge with a dough that is not excessively salty and very digestible. The prices of the pizzas are super honest, in my opinion in line with the market if not lower. P.s try his farinata, it's fabulous.
