Top-quality, natural ingredients in a friendly atmosphere and with great dedication to their work make this restaurant an ideal choice. The convenience of having it right on my doorstep is an added bonus, and in an emergency, I was able to quickly order thirty supplì, which I took to Via Cortina d'Ampezzo, where they were a huge success. I discovered FARRO ZERO a couple of years ago and the quality has remained consistently high. They use only organic flours and sourdough starter. They use mainly spelt flour for their pizza dough, and the toppings are always generous. The bread is also excellent. Highly recommended.

I ate pizza at Farro Zero in Rome and really enjoyed it.
The spelt dough is different from the usual pizza: much crispier, lighter, and more delicate in flavor. You can tell it's easier to digest, and after eating it, I felt good, without that heavy feeling.
Fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Plus, they also do home delivery, so I'll definitely be ordering it often.

What can I say? The pizza is excellent, as are the fried foods, not to mention the bread and tarts. The owners, Federica and Paolo, are kind and always smiling. I recommend visiting them or ordering takeout.

Very nice and welcoming place. All the ingredients are treated with extreme care and attention. The pizzas are very good and easy to digest, with not only traditional flavors but also some unique ones. A great experience, definitely worth trying!
