Beautiful location, great atmosphere, nice people and delicious food

In a word, this felt like home. Jort and Inke are such incredibly kind people. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We've been camping for many years, but we've never met such dedicated and friendly campsite owners.

We stumbled upon Camping La Luna, a city campsite on our way from Verona. Our ferry departed from Ancona to Patras on September 18th! We received a very warm welcome, which made us feel very welcome. It was great that reservations were available to avoid disappointment upon arrival. I highly recommend it. It was almost full on those days! We were in a quiet spot, near an authentic toilet and shower facility. What immediately caught my eye were the beautiful copper faucets and the lovely natural stone sinks. We took a lovely walk with our dogs, and the view was stunning. I also give the pool a special mention, as I swam there completely alone around sunset, in complete silence. Inke and Jort... Nice to meet you. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful holiday we had at Camping La Luna last summer. We felt immediately welcome, there was a relaxed atmosphere, a beautiful view from our spot, delicious fresh bread every day, bake your own pizza, a camping chef evening, wine tasting, and a stargazing evening with a BBQ. Unforgettable moments! The children still talk about it as the best campsite ever! The enthusiasm with which the campsite is run is palpable. Fantastic! Highly recommended.

Writing a review for La Luna should be easy, and yet, it is not. How can I say something about this lovely place, without repeating all the things said in previous reviews? Spacious pitches, fantastic view, gorgeous patio. Self service bar with a variety of drinks and local wine. It's a 3km walk to the small town of Esanatoglia, with steep roads, keep that in mind. Inke and Jort know what they are doing, things will get even better in the future.

10 out of 10. Nice tranquil and harmonious place

We had such a wonderful time! We were supposed to stay for two days, but we stayed for six. We had lovely evenings enjoying pizza and pasta with the nicest people. The owners, Jort and Inke, are incredibly welcoming, and you can feel their passion for Italy. My dears, thank you for the wonderful time. We hope to see you again 😘❤️
