A very good seafood dinner, generous portions. We ordered two oysters, fried calamari and shrimp, a peppered mussel dish, tagliolini with red shrimp, and calamarata with seafood. A gin and tonic, a glass of wine, and still water were also included. €79, a more than excellent price, especially considering the high quality of the ingredients and the quantity. The wait staff was knowledgeable and professional, but very, perhaps too serious. Had there been a few smiles, it would have definitely deserved 5 stars. In any case, a highly recommended restaurant!

I had dinner at this place just 20 minutes ago, and needless to say, it was truly delicious! We ordered two sandwiches: one with salmon tartare, a delicate yet bold flavor where the ingredients are distinct and not overpowered by each other; fresh and full-bodied; the other sandwich with octopus cooked twice a day (cooked to perfection) with an unusual pairing of broccoli rabe, making it an explosion of sublime flavors with every bite. I recommend it to anyone looking for something high-quality and unique!

07/09/2025: Fabulous! It was a wonderful discovery in 2022 while driving around Puglia with friends, and after taking a wrong turn and getting lost among the olive trees and identical roads, we ended up in Torchiarolo. We entered Mr. Claudio and Mrs. Giovanna's restaurant and immediately knew it would be an unforgettable experience. Yesterday, returning to Trieste, we made a detour to return to the place we remembered. The food is always excellent, fresh fish cooked to perfection, and the welcome was unique. Catering done seriously and with professionalism is something few can match. Make sure to book, though. Mr. Claudio, a true professional, dedicates himself and his entire energy to his customers, refusing to fill the room to ensure perfection. Thank you Claudio and Giovanna! In Trieste, there's a little piece of you with us, once again!!

Osteria del Vicoletto

19/09/2025: After visiting beautiful Mesagne, we chose to dine at this osteria, which was recommended to us by a bartender at the Tenuta di Albano estates. She gave us really good advice, and we ate divinely. I recommend it to everyone.
