Very refined place and equally personal. Ideal for a romantic dinner or if you want to create such a situation. Parsnip soup, glass of wine and tiramisu €29. For me there is also a bit of location in the price. Recommended for couples.

Everything perfect, welcoming environment and very friendly and helpful staff, the waiter Thomas and the owner Erion were impeccable. I highly recommend trying this experience in Bolzano, especially if you want to make a good impression.

We only ordered drinks here, which is probably why the service was so inattentive. They didn't pay any attention to us, so we ordered the second round of drinks at another location.

Perhaps a little outside the old center, but definitely worth the walk! Delicious food; beautiful dishes, delicious wine. Relaxed atmosphere, nice music. Wonderful among the locals. Recommended!

11/01/2025: Fabulous, already the second time I've been back and it made everyone happy. Buckwheat fettuccine with excellent game ragù, and dumplings in broth that are the best I've ever eaten. Prices a little higher than average, but worth it.
03/01/2025: Excellent Gasthof or Restaurant. Typical mountain environment with lots of wood and taste in details. Extreme courtesy of the staff. Rich and excellent quality menu. The sautéed vegetables with almonds and the schnitzel with breaded potatoes are very good. Absolutely worth returning.

25/09/2024: Die Trattoria Bad Verdins war vor Jahren wenigen bekannt. Jetzt muss man Tage vorher reservieren; zu recht! Neben der schönen Atmosphäre und Christoph mit Partner im Service, gilt der Küche ein riesiges Kompliment. Tolle Qualität mit viel Liebe kreiert. Die Weine sind Spitze und der Preis für all das super. Ist bereits unser Lieblingsrestaurant in Schenna/Verdins.
