Historic bar of the city, not because it is ugly or poorly maintained (on the contrary), but rather for the service that sometimes has difficulty keeping up with customers. The aperitif buffet initiative is nice, with the renovation it has improved a lot.

There were 4 of us, we had an aperitif and coffee, we relaxed and it is a welcoming, clean environment with friendly staff. Absolutely recommended!!

Excellent Valentine's Day dinner with live music - Diego and Simone, who created a truly romantic atmosphere. Very friendly staff, excellent dishes, we will definitely return.

What a lovely restaurant!!!! The food perfectly cooked, served from professional staff that suggests you from the large list of wines to make your dinner special!!!! Fancy and cozy at the same time. The best place to live a stressful day behind. Definitely the first choice in Bolzano!!!

Bergrestaurant Rinneralm

20/01/2025: Das frisch umgebaute Restaurant heißt jetzt summit. Unter sehr kompetenter Leitung, komplett umgestaltet. Es ist elegant, aber auch ein schöner self - bedienungsbereich. Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Bedienung freundlich und aufmerksam.
