A little gem filled with delicacies!! Nestled in the stunning setting of Fumone, as soon as you step outside the castle, you're overwhelmed by the aroma of freshly baked pastries. Fantasia del Dolce, a small artisan bakery offering a wide selection of handmade desserts, offers quality and deliciousness combined with the warmth of the owner, who welcomed us with a smile and indescribable kindness. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: The stuffed amaretti!

We were drawn in by the smell of freshly baked lemon donuts, which were kindly offered to us to try.... Sublime! 🥰 We left with a still-warm package and a tray of black cherry amaretti, which were also delicious.

Today we went to Fumone for a trip with friends. We stopped at this bakery where you can feel the love and sweetness. Federica is a special person. Her desserts are spectacular and delicious. We wish you the best, you deserve it. My husband and I recognized each other in your "journeys," and I recognized each other in the love we give you! Come on, Federica, don't give up! This is a small bakery I discovered through a Facebook ad. The products are handmade. The lemon cakes and red wine biscuits are delicious. The very kind owner offered us a taste of their various culinary creations, even fresh from the oven. Congratulations!

Dopo la visita alla bellissima abbazia di Casamari,d'impianto gotico ma arricchita da portali e giardini rinascimentali,con annesso un imponente monastero benedettino e un minuscolo cimitero,siamo filati dritti a Fumone.Lungo le mura,sempre attraverso una porta in pietra di antiche vestigie,su per una salita erta ma resa agibile dai mattoni ben lastricati mi sono fermata a mezza costa accanto a una botteguccia da cui provenivano profumi fragranti appena sfornati...A dire il vero ci avevano parlato di questo 'buco'odoroso degli amici occasionali di Modena.A dire il vero, me l'aspettavo:sono stata intercettata sotto la pioggia battente dalla proprietaria e condotta per mano tra delizie dolci e salate nei due bugigattoli.Ho comprato prodotti tipici della Ciociaria ben distribuiti tra regalini e assaggi,a Roma.

Ogni volta che vengo a Fumone, è sempre una tappa fissa, le sue cambielle al limone e arancia appena sfornate sono una delizia.
